The Slayer |

Here is my little Vampire Slayer! I made her outfit to resemble the one worn in a batch of promo images done around season 4 of the show. . She even has a little bitty stake for slaying those vampires! Her sweater is knit by hand (of course) and her pants are leather (well, pleather, actually, but they look very leather-like). Eyes are buttons since I am sick to death of embroidering eyes! She's wearing the same boots as all the rest, of course! She's currently on sale in the store: |

Here's a closeup on her little boots and the pants, so you can see they look quite a bit like leather. They're really tight on her, but any looser and they would fall off. It's a fine line between a good fit and a mess. |

A closer look at her sweater to see the stitching. I used a baby yarn, so the sweater is quite soft and a little fuzzy, but not overly so. You can see the little bamboo stake in her hand. I broke off the bottom of a skewer and carved the point down so that it wasn't put-your-eye-out sharp. |
