Please
try the following:
- Click the
Refresh
button and if that does not work please read below.
- If you typed the
page address in the address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly,
that the dots are in the right place and that you remembered the
"http://". If everything looks correct and it still does
not work, please continue below.
- To check your
connection settings, unplug your modem from the telephone jack then plug
in your telephone to the telephone jack. Lift the receiver.
If you hear a dial tone, this portion is installed correctly.
Unplug the telephone from the jack and plug your modem back in.
It is entirely possible you screwed up the DNS, dial-up and URL
(unbelievably ridiculous language) addresses for your incompetent
service provider (ISP).
- Your Network
Administrator does not know what an idiot you are but will be happy to
examine your network and automatically screw everything up.
If you would like your computer manufacturer's overpaid technicians to
screw everything up, click Screw everything up
- Some sites
require you to register your IQ (incompetency quotient) within 90 days
of your computer's purchase. Click the Windows menu and then
click Windows IQ to determine what compatibility level your brain
has with your computer.
- If you are
trying to reach a secure site, make sure you are not running Windows.
Click the My Computer menu, and then right click Drive C:.
On the Menu select "Format".
