Rebuilding Win.ini

1) Double click "My Computer"
2) Double click "C:"
3) Locate the Win.ini file listed
4) Rename it to "Win.old"
5) Close all windows
6) Reboot

If you encounter any unexpected errors, delete the new win.ini
file, and rename win.old to win.ini
