If you are experiencing memory or resource problems
in Windows Millennium after your system has been
running for a while or If you open programs and the
resources don’t free up, try this (after you tried
to clear startup):

start -> run -> msconfig -> system.ini tab -> add line

under 386Enh conservativeswapfileusage=1  

Save and restart.
