The customer decided the previous tech's assessment was incorrect about
replacing the CD re-writable drive, and worked within the device manager to
attempt to resolve the issue on her own. All major devices are now non-
functional including DMA Controller and Processor. Once CDRW is replaced
and data is backed up, customer will call back for a format and reinstall.

S: Edited MSConfig. Cleared startup. Unable to enter system setup.
Keyboard appears to be non-functional. Customer spilled half a
bottle of Jack Daniels on Keyboard. Customer will replace keyboard.

Lizard crawled into customer's power supply, lizard and powersupply
both died...

Laptop will not connect to the internet. Cable modem not hooked into laptop.
Modem hooked into desktop computer. Connect cable to laptop. Fixed.
