MVA with Possible Entrapment

February 4 – Due to a sudden and quick snowfall, area roads were very icy which lead to a one-vehicle accident in the area of the water auth.  Units from company 6 were dispatched to a vehicle overturned and C60 (Chief Katofsky) arrived on scene with a vehicle on its roof.  After a quick assessment, it was found that all occupants had self-extricated themselves and were inside the building.  The Medic crew got patient refusals and the Rescue truck remained on scene will the vehicle was removed.
