Fender Acoustasonic Junior Amp - MIB!

3+ years left on Fender Warranty!

I am the original owner of this amp, having bought it new less than 2 years ago. The amp has never been gigged and has been kept in the bedroom of my smoke-free house.

Shipping will run $25 east of the Mississippi river and $40 west of the Mississippi river. The amp will be packaged in its original shipping carton with foam inserts and shipped via UPS Ground service. I accept money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks (amp shipped after check clears).

This amp is an acoustic guitar player's dream! With dual 40 watt channels for piezo-equipped acoustic/electric guitars, bazoukis, electric violins as well as a microphone XLR jack
for vocalists, this amp is perrrr-fect for soloists and duos.

The Acoustasonic JR is modeled after the 1960 Fender Vibrosonic that Fender used to introduce the brown tolex that is used on the AJR. The AJR even has tilt-back legs like Fender amps of old.

The AJR sports dual 8" speakers and a hi-frequency tweeter. Additonally, you will find 2 discrete channels each allowing you to enable reverb and chorus as needed. The piezo channel has tons of controls for eliminating feedback and piezo distortion.

The closed-back panel has a convenient courtesy wrap for the power cord as well as an effects loop, the Send output jack of which also functions as a line out for recording.

I even include not only ALL the hang tags, schematic, and owner's manual, but the original receipt as well with - get this - over 3 years of Fender's warranty still left!!!

Now to the best part... TONE! I use my AJR with my piezo-equipped Taylor 412CE flattop, humbucker-equipped
Epiphone, hollow body archtop, and single-coil Strat copy.

This amp makes all my guitars sound schweeet! And I am not the only one that feels that way. Take modern day, jazz guitar great, Jimmy Bruno, for example. He used the AJR along with his $40,000 Benedetto archtop to make a new instructional video with Jack Wilkins.

For the most part, I use the AJR to play jazz - can you believe it? Big archtop tone through a acoustic guitar amp? Well, believe it! The AJR makes my lower-end Taylor flattop sound like a high-end Taylor. And my Strat just sings like a little bird through this amp with all the Strat jangle and quack you'd want!

You can adjust the true stereo chorus from just barely noticeable to so thick, it'll keep you warm on the coldest winter's night. And the reverb is just excellent! What more can you say about
genuine Fender reverb?

The amp is dead mint with tags, manuals, original shipping box, and original receipt entitling you to over 3 years of Fender warranty! There's not a scratch or mar on her! Everything - cabinet, speakers, controls, reverb, chorus - looks and functions like new!!!

The only - and I mean - the ONLY reason I am selling her is because I have upgraded to the Fender Acoustasonic Pro which is the exact same style and form factor as the AJR, but costs almost 3x as much.

I've owned Fender tube amps and solid state amps in the past, but this one is the BEST amp in the $500 class - period. It is so good that the only replacement I would even consider is the Acoustasonic Pro because I know I'm getting the same quality and variety of tone.
