From the Pastor:
A warm welcome to all who are worshiping with us today.  Tonight there will be a prayer 
meeting at Shirley Nind's at 7 p.m.  All are welcome to attend.
Prayer & Praise Service: Our next prayer and praise meeting will be on Sunday the 8th 
September.   Time 7 p.m.  This is to allow for us to go to the North Otago Prayer and Praise meeting on 22nd September at the Orwell Street Chapel.
B.M.F. MEETING: Thursday 5th September at 1.30 p.m. at Noeline Norrish's home.  Roll Call

Girls Brigade:  The girls and I would like to say a big thank you to all of you who have

Saturday, September 6 and 7.  Bishop Derek Eaton will be speaking.  See notice on back wall.

URGENTLY NEEDED
1. CLEANERS:  More cleaners are needed urgently to fulfil this important role in keeping our 
church buildings looking clean and tidy.  If you can help please see Deborah Todd.

2. HOSTESSES:  This involves kitchen duties as required for shared lunches, funerals or when
 we have a cup of tea after a service.  You are not expected to work alone - this is a position
 as part of a team.  See Deborah Todd if you can help.

"Strengthening Your Structures"  September
A Conference for any Christian woman who desires to be encouraged and strengthened in her Christian walk.  This Conference is being held in both the North and South Islands.  Registration forms are available from Baptist Women's Ministries, Robyn Appleton, 163 Easther Cresc, Kew, Dunedin. See noticeboard for details.  Deborah Todd is happy to organise accommodation for the conference.

Baking for the cake stall can be brought to the hall on Saturday morning from 8 a.m.

If you don't have anything to give - then come along and buy.  There is always something for everyone.

Stalls include:  Plants, Cakes, Produce and Pikelets, Crafts, Books, White Elephant, Morning Teas, Garage Sale items.
