Fairyglade and Dustbin!
The dustbin itself is made from a camera film case wrapped in corregated card (the kind you get in chocolate boxes!)
The rubbish is made from card and paper distressed to look "grotty" with strong coffee. The baked bean can is a roll of paper with the ends painted silver and a scanned and reduced label from a real tin.
Here you can see my little fairy made for me by my very good friend Jenny Kelm. She's a beautiful fairy and i call her "Nuff" she thinks thats fairy nuff!
The wood, rocks and slate are from my real garden. All of the flowers and greenry are made from dried flowers and foam chips.
The binbags are pieces of "real binbags" wrapped and tied around plasticine, which can be "squished" to look full of rubbish.
The Fairyglade has been built on a cake board. The basis for the waterfall is made from interior filler.
The water is made from Senic Water - it's great stuff if you have enough patience for it to liquefy
The butterflies were printed on my PC, and then laboriously cut out!
