Having trouble obtaining certain permits for Oak Island excavation. May have to call in a couple of favors. The dreams are getting more frequent...its like they're trying to tell me something. Signed a few outside consultants to the team. Among them are the fabled Alistair Walford (Diplomacy Specialist), Dan Ragusa (Contracted Novelist), and Joe McClain and James Layfield (Special Operations). I'm excited to see this team finally coming together.

Had a dream about Oak Island last night. I dreamt I was in the fabled treasure chamber and as I opened an ornately decorated treasure chest a demon flew out and severely lascerated my chest. At this point I woke up screaming. I will not let this bad omen bring my spirits down. With a team like the one I've assembled no harm can come to us.

It's a cloudy day. I'm trying to get this site going as fast as possible but all the pressures of preparing an expedition in only three months time are keeping me busy. I secured us four small surveying boats today which will be useful for dropping submersibles and SCUBA divers in the waters around Oak Island.
