| "It was Written" is a great album for the slower hardcore Hop/Hop fans. Nas uses lyrics mostly to catch the audience's attention without any flashy beats that makes it a boring cd after a while but is still good quality Hip/Hop. I recommend this cd to everyone who likes Puff Daddy. "The Message" uses a beat very similar to "Take him Back" by Monica but is abit slower with hardcore lyrics. This song alone made me buy the cd and I didn't even bother listening to the rest. "If I ruled the World" is also a catchy lyrical song for the sophisticated brother. |
