| DMX's first album "It's Dark And Hell Is Hot" has alot of good tunes in it. The stories told are crazy. "Damien" is about him being loyal to his friend who then turned evil and made him kill DMX's old friend. "How's It Goin' Down" is about a girl he picked up and was taken already but she wanted DMX more. "Look Thru My Eyes" is about slavery and him getting back at his master when he is free. This album has everything. Some can be softcore others full on hardcore but in every song it shows DMX has heart with everything he does. | |||||||||||||||||

| "Flesh Of My Flesh Blood Of My Blood" came out just a few months after "It's Dark And Hell Is Hot". It includes "Slippin" which is about him losing his touch as a rapper and him wanting to be be better. "What these Bitches want from a Nigga" is about hoes tryin to take his shit, set him up to get him hit and shit. This album isn't as good as his first but still has some crazy rhymes in there that help it to be up there with the best. | |||||||||||||||||

| "And Then There Was X" is DMX's most popular album he has brought out with "Party Up" and "What's My Name". This album is full on hardcore and uses some very catchy beats that has made both of those songs popular. "What's My Name" is used in basketball games but is the clean version as it is full on hardcore. Both these songs have had major publicity being in the charts and over stocked in some major music stores because of it's poularity. I still say his first album is the best one! | |||||||||||||||||
