| Novice guide Ahhh... The novice stages, everyone went through that one time or another. We all hated it but in my opinion, i loved that time! Its really fun becoming a super novice as you can totally humiliating people when they call u 'St00pid n00bz' when you pack more punch than the person saying it XD That is totally funny. Thats happened one time or another =). Anyway, a really good way to get out of the novice stages is to go to these areas. First we'll start off in the Training Grounds There are 3 portals. From left to right here they are. Left: Morroc Middle: Payon Right: Prontera As a starting novice i would start off in Morroc as the monsters there are VERY VERY easy! There are Porings which are the EASIEST attacking monster in the game. Another easy monster in the desert is a Picky. They are quite easy and you should start attacking them at level 4. There are also Peco Peco eggs which don't attack. They are really easy and cannot attack back so you can gain alot of exp from killing just one Peco Peco egg. Well you still should stay on the first map above Morroc as it is the most easiest. When u become a class and are level 13, you should then start going to the map on the north, right of Morroc. It has Wolves which should be moderately easy at level 13. They don't deal much damage and have quite a little bit of HP. After that when you get to....hey this is a novice guide... Ok well now i'll talk about prontera. You should go to prontera if you want to be a Swordsman/Magician or Acolyte(holy dood). The Swordsman is a class that is changable at Izlude, Magician is the Class changable at Geffen and the Acolyte can just change at Prontera although they need to do a quest. If you are going to be one of those classes, i still don't recomend teleporting here. The place doesn't have as much enemies as Morroc. Unless you don't want to, you can always walk to geffen where monsters are ABUNDANT!!! The walk isn't long but when you get to the field outside geffen, its absoloutly full of monsters! There are poring, fabre, pupa, lunatic and creamy EVERYWHERE!!! You should kill everything there besides Creamy as you'll get urself kicked. If only it were like before...ahhh the good ole days....ne hoo Geffen has all the n00b monsters so thats the place to go if you also want to be a magician. That place is fully made for the new novice and it'll level you up QUICK! Payon This place is a hellhole. Although its like an AZN town, the monsters are in very short supply unless you go to Payon Caves where i doubt you'll survive for 5 minutes. The map south of Payon is in deep need of more monsters. Although this place isn't good for the new novice, this place is really good if you have just become a class and are looking for some higher level monsters to fight. The reason is that the map south south of payon is filled with spore which should be really easy for the newbie job people. The map South and then West of Payon is also very good as it has almost every monster you should fight from level 1 to level 25! That place is ultimately good for training when you are a sorta n00b. When you are finally level 9/10 or 10/9 or sumthin, CONGRATS!!! Now you can go and make a class according to you stats. If you have High Int:Be a Magician If you have High Str and Vit:Be a Swordsman/woman If you have Medium Str,agi and Int:Be a Acolyte If you have High Str and Dex:Be a merchant If you have High Dex:Be an Archer If you have High Agi:Be a theif Thats all i can help you with for now!
