BACKSIDE HEELFLIP

Beging by having your front foot on the front bolts, as you get better at them you can move your foot down lower but to start off with its easier to turn the board when your front foot is higher up the board.Pop the board for a reagular Ollie and drag your front foot up the board but begin to turn your  board and body as you start to get air.
Follow the board around in mid air but try not to lean to far forward otherwise you will lose contact with your back foot and the board. Whilst in mid air try to stay in contact with your board but continue to spin.
Continue spinning and then to land just try to stay balanced and roll away. Its harder to learn than the FS 180 but the motion comes from your hips to your feet.
~Kickflip~

The Kickflip is a variation of the Ollie. Place your front foot slightly behind your front truck bolts and you may find it a bit easier to angle your foot according to how you find it easier to flip. Jump up like a regular Ollie.
Raise your front foot up the board and flick it out the edge of the board making it spin beneath you, jump above the board so that it is still underneath you while it spins.
To land bring your back foot in first to catch the board then bring your front foot back on and land.
