My brother and I have started a new blog project together.  The blog title is His and Hers.  We are writing about our experiences with depression. 

 

Sometimes we will write about a specific problem we are currently having with depression.  Other times one of us may discuss our views on overcoming depression and learning to make the most of our lives.

 

We may also discuss what we believe triggers difficult bouts with our depression.  We all have good days and bad days.  Sometimes an upsetting event can trigger a really bad day for those with depression.
