Hi Everyone.  I've had a lot of trouble the past few weeks from my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.  This goes along with my Fibromyalgia.  I'd love to receive comments from others who suffer from these two problems.

 

Last week was very stressful as I stayed in the hospital waiting room for four days while my sister was in the ICU.  She is recovering now and I'm really thankful.  I seem to be having what some refer to as a flare of my health problems. 

 

I've only had these problems for a couple of years and I know others have suffered with it for a very long time.  I believe the fatigue increases a persons' problems with depression.  It seems like a vicious circle.   I have thyroid problems too which contribute to all of the other problems.

 

Yesterday I saw my doctor and he is tweaking my medicines in hopes of helping me with the fatigue and contiual weight gain that I've been having.  I hope it helps.  I wish everyone with Chronic Fatigue could get some relief.  Let me know if you have found it.
