Phone Booth  No I didnt watch the movie. I watched a similar one starring Wesley Snipes and I didnt particularly like it. I dont seem to like his movies much (Blade, some other one that was similar to Fugitive, oh yes, it was called US Marshalls. Complete with the same cop chasing the suspect). Can't find the booth movie title just now. Found it! It's called Liberty Stands Still.
What I wanted to say is that I sold the Siemens phone to my cousin. At a loss, of course. So I am yet again on the hunt for another. (Don't roll your eyes at me, and no I dont have issues). Any recommendations?
I don't like Motorolas after I heard about seven different people (including my sister and myself) that had problems with theirs. Usually (in all cases?) with the charging point.
Nokia has nice phones but boring ring-tones and sometimes slow response, but it's the ring-tones that I dislike more. Yeah, I know I can download more but why not put nice ones in in the first place?
I had (sort of still have) a Samsung and it's beautiful, but the texting is a pain. It has nice 'tones' like a mooing cow, a really loud melody with crashing cymbals. Makes Nokia ones seem dull.
Oh yeah, it also has 1,000 Phonebook memory and 200 SMSstorage. Those last two are some of the main reasons I bought it (after my Nokia 3310 was picked from my pocket).
So, any suggestions? I want a nice phone with easy-to-use texting, colour screen and possibly radio (and of course nice ring tones). Dont need camera etc (If i want a camera, I buy a camera. If I want a phone, I buy...? Yes, you got it. Incidentally someone offered me Nokia 6070 for about KES 5,000/= (that's about USD 70). I declined the offer coz I doubted the source.
