If you go north from Digby camp and continue on through Scopwick, the next village you come to is Kirkby Green. It's a tiny place, hardly more than a junction of two roads with a phone box, a post box, a farm and a some houses, but when I'm out cycling in this area I go out of the way to pass through Kirkby for the peace and quiet.
