Stuff To Remember

-- The next *new* episode to (hopefully) screen over here is Season 8's  'Badlaa' followed by 'This is Not Happening'. Provided TV2 keeps its promise to return The X-Files to screens.
-- Look out for the DVD and Video of 'Deadalive', in stores now!

New Weekly
Check out this weeks New Weekly that has an article on Annabeth Gish and her role on 'The X-Files.'  (Annabeth  plays Agent Monica Reyes who features in the second half of season 8 and then some).

The Mighty
'The Mighty' starring Gillian Anderson is on this Saturday night on TV2 at 6:30pm. It's a relatively cool movie, yet Gillian only has a very small part.

Lord of the Rings
Well no doubt some of you have already seen 'LOTR: The Fellowship of the Ring'.  I was most unfortunate to be at the midnight screening that screwed up (anyone see TV3 news?) - about half way through, the film skipped ahead about an hour. It was absolutely awful. I did however make it to the 2:20am screening, and after getting home at 6am, managed somehow to get to work at 8:30. I tell ya, that was a rough day, but what a wonderful film.
I think Elijah Wood did an absolutely fantastic job, as did all of them actually... Ian Mckellen was just  astounding..... I could go on for hours about the actors and the effects and everything,  Yay Peter Jackson and yay New Zealand.
