What you'll find here is a mix of different benchmark results from my current system using these:

Benchmark Titles System Specifics
3dmark2001SE build 330
3dmark2003
ATTO from here
Sisoft Sandra 2003
Hexus PiFast (Pi to 1 million decimals)
Precision RayTrace Program
What CPU ID
Iwill XP333-R Rev2.1 using 1220bios
Windows XP Pro SP1 and DirectX9a
Athlon XP1600+@1612MHz=8.5x190 AGNGA Stepping
Volcano 9+ HSF and Arctic Silver
Radeon 8500LE(128MB) @300/300 built by ATI
1x512MB Corsair XMS PC3200 @2.8V
2x80GB Maxtor ATA133 DiamondMax+9 in Raid 0
1x60GB Seagate Barracuda IV
Asus 16x DVD Player
Samsung CDRW 40-12-40
Enermax 431 Watt PSU
RTL 8139 PCI NIC
SBLive 5.1
iCute case with 3 system fans

These results can be improved by running a different operating system, aside from Linux, Windows 2000 gives the best benchmarking environment. I don't recommend Windows 98 as they run off virtual drivers.

Benchmark before and after defragmentation. Fragmentation level was at 24 percent

A change from Highpoint 372 Raid bios and drivers version 2.3 to 2.31 yields a 10000 point increase.

Before and after overclocking using the memory bandwidth test.

The calculation of Pi x 1000000 and processing of 1 scene.

Completely STABLE at these settings. My other Iwill Smart Settings are set to PCI Divider=6 and CPU VCore=1.800 with 10% enable disabled.

As a side note, with ATTO I found it very interesting to see the read scores increase 3000 and write scores 1-2000 JUST by benchmarking with web pages open and other programs running in the background. Indexing service and pagefile were disabled and 768MB respectively.

My theory is that the fragmented free space on the hdd is filled up by application level swap file data so that when benchmarking there is a largely contiguous free area for the swap. This means far fewer head movements across the surface of the hard drive resulting in fewer seek pauses and less time taken ultimately. Just a theory. This theory also poses a question about XPs true pagefile usage when you set it yourself ...

I performed Windows XP Start-Run-"Rundll32.exe Advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks" command prior to running these hdd benches as Microshaft instructs you to when Benchmarking.

Thus concludes my Iwill overclocking. I hope you found these pages useful.
