Te Kairanga has purchased a 4.5 hectare block of land in Martinborough, paying $98,230 per   
hectare. Immediately adjacent to Te Kairanga's existing vineyards, the free-draining block   
is ideal for pinot noir grapes.

500,000 shares at $5 giving it a stake of 25%.
