Seeka issued 33,236 shares to Opotiki Packing & Coolstorage Ltd for a subscription price of  
$2.00 per share payable on 21 December 2001, this was as per a previous agreement between    
Opotiki Packing and Coolstorage Ltd and Seeka. The company also issued 200,000 shares to     
subscribers as per the Grower Issue Prospectus.
