
Nigel James Gould Directorships Infinity Group Ltd Intaz Ltd Major Shareholdings Background Nigel Gould graduated from Victoria University (Commerce) and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand and fellow of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand. Following a period as a chartered accountant, Nigel had a series of management roles in a finance and merchant banking group before establishing his own information technology company in the mid 1980s. This company specialised in software development, information systems management and network communication, growing to employ approximately 350 people before it was recently merged to form a new company - Infinity Group. He continues as a significant shareholder and director of this new group. Nigel has had further business interests in forestry, manufacturing and exporting, and deer farming. Nigel has been Chairman of Wellington's port company, CentrePort, for the past 16 years and is also Pro-Chancellor (Deputy Chairman) of one of New Zealand's major universities, Massey University, which has campuses in Auckland, Palmerston North and Wellington. In addition to being President of the New Zealand Chamber of Commerce, he is also a Trustee of the Enterprise New Zealand Trust, an organisation dedicated to the development of commercial awareness amongst school children of all levels.
