Major Shareholdings

Background
Nigel joined Cameron & Company as a partner in 1996. Nigel has
more than 13 years' experience in investment banking and has  
been involved in numerous advisory mandates and merger and    
acquisition transactions in sectors including communications, 
food and beverages, energy, transportation, forestry and      
primary products.                                             

Nigel has participated in many of New Zealand's largest priva-
tisations including Telecom, the Crown forest assets, New     
Zealand Timberlands, Forestry Corporation of NZ, Tranz Rail   
and Contact Energy.                                           

Nigel has managed a number of transactions for Cameron &      
Company and Quay Capital Partners. Most recently he managed   
the formation of a Quay Capital Partners syndicate to take a  
controlling interest in INTAZ. Transactions that Nigel has    
managed recently have included the sale of Netlink, one of New
Zealand's leading corporate internet service providers, to    
Telstra and the sale by the major shareholders in Ernest Adams
of their stake to Goodman Fielder. In recent years he has also
been involved in a number of significant transactions in the  
electricity sector including advising Contact Energy on the   
purchase of a number of retail customer bases.                

Nigel has managed a number of major advisory projects for     
clients including Christchurch City Holdings, ENZA, UBS       
Brinson, New Zealand Post, Wrightson and Ports of Auckland    
where he led a recent review of capital structure.            

Nigel has a BSc in Statistics with First Class Honours, a MSc 
in Mathematics with Distinction and a Diploma in Business     
Studies from Massey University.
