Background
Graeme has been the Executive Chairman of Southern Capital since its
inception in November 1997. He has been involved in New Zealand     
capital markets since 1978 in share broking, financial markets and  
investment. Prior to the formation of Southern Capital, Graeme was  
the New Zealand Investment Manager for Brierley Investments Ltd, a  
position that he held from 1986. He has been a director of Sealord  
Group Ltd, DB Group Ltd, Tasman Agriculture Ltd, The Van Diemans    
Land Company, At Work Insurance Ltd (the SOE formed to insure work- 
place accidents by the previous National Government) and an         
alternate director of Air New Zealand Ltd.
