Background
Craig Boyce has been the Chairman and / or Chief Executive of
Smiths City since 1990, and is the Deputy to Christchurch's  
Mayor on the Christchurch City Mayoral Forum which is        
regenerating central Chistchurch. He has a background in the 
meat industry and was General Manager of Borthwicks and      
Wataki International in the 1980's. Mr Boyce has significant 
board experience, including directorships of Advanced Foods  
Ltd, Christchurch City Holdings, TVNZ, The Power Company, Red
Bus, and Datacom.
