OVIGLO PUBLIC FLOAT

Dunedin based Abacus Biotech Ltd is promoting a new venture which is seeking to raise $1.5   
million through a public float. The venture, Oviglo Ltd, has the goal of producing, through  
the latest sheep breeding technology, breeding rams for sale that have a superior fine wool. 

The breeding is going to be conducted in Australia on leased land, while the company will be 
managed from Dunedin.                                                                        

Oviglo is offering 25 million shares at 6c with a minimum package being 40,000 shares        
($2,400). The shares will trade on the unlisted market.
