The course is on a 4.5km lap starting and finishing on Napier's Marine Parade.
There is one hill climb per lap.
The race is run on 'Open Handicap' basis and is open to all registered athletes.
The walk event is a 'scratch' start and is self hancidapped (closest to estimated time - no watches to be worn by walkers)
