San Jose/Palo Alto

For our journey to the bay area, we first arrived in San Jose for a night - then off to Santa Cruz, San Francisco and passing through Palo Alto on the way back. San Jose was not particularly impressive - but Palo Alto was very nice - and the home of the renouned Stanford University.

Stanford was a lot like Massey - except for the fact it was an all class learning institution with cool architecture and gorgeous weather (not to mention hot women and no rugby heads).
