Mayonnaise



Ingredients
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Paprika
  • 3 tbs White Vingegar
  • 1½ cups Salad Oil

    Method:
    1. Put all Ingredients except the Salad Oil in food processor.

    2. Have the oil ready in a large mixing cup. Turn on the food processor and pour the oil very slowly into the mixture as it is mixing.

    3. The whole secret to success is to pour the oil slowly. Too fast and you will end up with a liquid mess instead of a firm mayonnaise.

    4. Do not attempt to double this recipe. If you need more mayonnaise, repeat the proc­ess.
