This Stratigic-Analysis-Module #473 (SAM-473) had been an unexpected flop of a biomechanical upgrade to the JK series originally developed by Cestus Cybornetics. It developed a -tic- within its living circuitry that gave it a self-preservation protocol. It could be believed that the unit #473 had been a shoddy attempt at a Synthdroid or HRD, but its plastiskin weave shot that idea in the foot as even the dimmest of lights had shown its synthetic nature. At one time standing at 1.82 (6'0") and weighing 137.07 (300lbs), this unit carried itself not unlike a soldier or 'trooper' would. Since it's last 'wipe', SAM-473 had been working freelance communications onboard three seperate freighters that became decommissioned due to an instable market. Trying to make some revenue back, T'Szali, its last owner had tried to 'pretty' it up and sell it as a malfuctioning protocol unit in need of repair (after salvaging parts from it for individual resale). #473 was finally marooned on Umgal after the very same owner fled the planet due to gambling debts. It'd had been allowed to drain of all power on several occasions. The current owner is Jedi Knight Logan Hennet whom belongs to the Onderon Academy of the Force. It was under his observation and wishes that SAM-473 undergo extensive repair and refurbishment by Josma Macov. ----------------------------------------------------- New Description: Calm, quiet, and collected. This droid stands to the side, watching and waiting to serve. The refurbishment, and the redesign, has greatly improved upon this combination of now four droid series, even if some of the designs were basely ornamental. This droid is covered in what appears to be a meshing of the LE and the BD-series chassis. This self-deprecating droid is now undergoing testing of its abilities and a renaming. It stands 1.82meter(6'0") and weighs 83.06kilogram(183.11lbs) ----------------------------------------------------- SAM-473 is now completely refurbished thanks to the patience and skill of Josma Macov. During the restart, 473 fried its mechninterfuge but had it replaced; which is saying a lot for the skill of Josma. It's the only issue and was due to the previous mechninterfuge being old and pretty much worn out. Some tweaks still need to be done to its system and #473 is in the process of sorting and remapping neural pathways. The previous 'wipe' had only focused on one of the memory cores and the second was left alone due to ineptness on the previous owner. #473 most likely won't achieve a 'total recall' anytime soon yet with patience and hard work #473 should be able to recall a lot more than first thought. ----------------------------------------------------- History is current as of 2007-04.
