Visual Basic
Visual Basic is an event driven program that allows you to write computer programs that run in the Microsoft Windows environment. Projects look and act like standard Windows programs. VB provides the tools needed to create widnows with familiar elements like menus, text boxes, command buttons, option buttons, check boxes, list boxes and scroll bars. |

| I am currently using the textbook "Programming in Visual Basic 6.0" (McGraw-Hill Irwin)by Julia Case Bradley and Anita Millspaugh. This update version comes with a disc containing a working model of Visual Basic and images to use with the program so if you can't afford the program, just get the book. It works just the same for the beginning programmer |
