In accepting my entry, I hereby release the sponsor, their officers, members and co-sponsors, and show grounds of this show from any claim or right for damages, which may be occur to me or my pony(horse). I also assume full responsibility for any damages done by me or my pony(horse) at these shows.

1. NYS requires all 14 and under riders to wear and approved helmet.
2. All riders in jumping and games requie approved helmets.
3. National POAC Rules must be followed.
4. Current coggins, health papers, rabies shots required.
5. Check all equipment for safety.
6. The show committee reserves the right to combine classes.
7. No alcoholic beverages at the show grounds.
8. Dogs need to be on leashes.
9. Unruly conduct will not be tolerated.
10. Respect the show grounds and pick up after yourself.
11. NYSPOAC recommends that each family have their own medical/liability coverage due to the nature of the sport.
12. All bills are to be paid at the end of each show.
13. In the event of a bounced check an additional $25.00 will be added to the show bill and the person will be placed on a cash basis only. Outstanding accounts need to be settled within 30 days of the show date.
14. In order to qualify for year end awards, you need to ride in at least 7 shows for the season and be a member in good standing. Points will count when dues are paid.
