Hi guys,

the party on Friday was GREAT. Seriosuly great fun. As you can see in the picture I have danced, danced some more, and even showed all my colleagues my drumming skills. Hi hi hi. The DJs were absolutely great in sensing the mood of the crowd and also very entertaining themselves. The songs were all classics, as in 70's and 80's dance pop classics and a few plain odd classics. However, I think everyone who stayed for the party (after the BBQ) had a great evening. :)

On Saturday I did have some trouble getting out of bed, muscles aches after all the dancing and sports the previous day. But this could all be cured by helping a friend move. My muscles absolutely protested in the end when the three stairs proved to be a bit too much when carrying heavy boxes. But it wasn't that bad, as she didn't have a huge amount of things.

Sunday morning was great as I could finally sleep in. Did some of that dreadful housework but manage to avoid doing the dishes. Pay back time will come tonight when I want to cook, but at least it didn't spoil my weekend. In the afternoon I went to Utrecht Central station (via the Sacha shoe-store and bought myself some killer new heels. Doctor Martens heels in rasberry red !!) to go to my friends Angela and Patrick in Rosmalen. The train schedule has changed again so I was glad they came and picked me up from Den Bosch station. Had a wonderful afternoon to catch up and to relax and enjoy a few rays of sunshine.

Alright, have to get back home now. See what I can do about that pile of dirty dishes ...
