I Forgot to Mention...

Opps! Here are a few things:

Smallville and it's characters ARE NOT MY PROPERTY and no one who has their ideas and/or stories posted CLAIMS ANY HOLD ON THEM. We do not wish to be sued, we do not take credit for the show, the characters, many of the plotlines taken from said show, etc.

RULES/GUIDELINES/THINGS THAT SHOULD BE MENTIONED:

By sending me your challenges, I have the right to correct any misspellings, censor and or add my own comments. I will NOT, however, change your actual challenge.
You rate your own work. If you're wrong, you hold the responsibility.
When sending challenges/stories TELL ME, PLEASE, whether you want me to put your email address and name up. If you do not want one, the other, or both published you don't have to even mention it. I will heed to your wishes, but I need to know what they are and have the written permission.
You can alter a challenge/leave parts of the challenge out when writing it, but changes should be noted.
You can add whatever you want pretty much, but it has to stay within the believeable bounds of the challenge. For example, CHARACTER Challenge # 5 can also be Slash, but HOLIDAYS Vallentine's Day Challenge #1 cannot. Pretty obvious, I know, but there are more subtle ones as well. Some challenges leave a lot to the author's descretion, others are incredibly specific. Use your judgement wisely but know that if you submit something for a specific challenge and it does not meet the direct guidelines it will be marked as 'altered'.
Please, if you are using a challenge that is very specific and individual, please give that person credit. Either through his or her name, or through the mention of the challenge [and, I beg of you, this site!!].
You can send, submit, post, email, share, etc your challenges and/or stories [that have been submitted in response to challenges] to anywhere or with anyone. It does not matter, this site has no monopoly on your ideas/work.
No author and/or story bashing. I've actually seen this permitted on challenge sites and I can't believe my eyes each damned time. The idea of a challenge site/page is to inspire, not stilt, growing authors, as well as give seasoned writers new ideas. I don't care how new a writer is to the craft; if he or she is there, at least they are trying. As long as they continue, they will grow. Therefore, we encourage growth here, not condemn it.
Most questions should go to me, including but not limited to: questions about the site, the authors, challenges, stories, mistakes, etc. Also, if you are unable to get in contact with an author -- like if they have no email address -- I may be able to. Send me the questions and I can probably forward them. I won't read them if you ask me not to.

This site means to step on NO COPYRIGHTS and NO OTHER ORIGINAL CHALLENGE IDEAS. All *challenges* posted here are with their creator's permission. Nymph Du Pave maintains the right to edit all *challenges* for errors such as grammer, spelling, etc.
