INT. HALLWAY - NIGHT

Croooooow comes out of the PPV Squad locker room, along with Shadow, and looks at the plaque with the PPV Squad logo on it for a moment.

Shadow: Hey, you've done all you can, right?

Croooooow: You're right.

Huh and Cheesecake walk in.

Cheesecake: Hey, guys!

Croooooow: Hey. Good luck against the Pyro Twins tonight.

Huh: Same to you. Take Nykk out for all of us.

They remain silent for a moment.

Shadow: Guys, I should probably tell you this now. I've asked to be traded back to Raw.

Huh: Why?

Shadow: I'm going to pursue the Women's Title, and I'm going to win it this time. As of tomorrow, I'm going back to Raw, and I probably won't be seeing much of you guys.

Croooooow, Huh and Cheesecake nod. They give her a hug.

Croooooow: We'll miss you, Shadow. It will never be the same after tonight.

Cheesecake: You're right.

Croooooow: Yes, we'll truly have split after tonight is over. I think it's best that we all go our separate ways. It's time to stop lying to ourselves. The PPV Squad is finished.

Huh, Cheesecake and Shadow nod.

Croooooow: But tonight... one last time... let's hold our heads up high as the PPV Squad.

He shakes hands with Huh and Cheesecake.

Croooooow: Win those Tag Team Titles. I'll win the Cruiserweight Title. Let's go out with a bang.

Huh and Cheesecake nod and then leave. Shadow puts a hand on Croooooow?s shoulder and then walks away. Croooooow watches her go and then looks up at the PPV Squad logo. He takes the plaque off the door and starts to walk away. However, he stops and looks at it again. He smiles and puts it back on the door before leaving.

INT. ARENA - NIGHT

MATCH: The Pyro Twins vs. Huh and Cheesecake

The PPV Squad's theme hits and Huh and Cheesecake make their way to the ring.

Cole: Perhaps this is the last time we'll be hearing the PPV Squad theme, as the PPV Squad has decided to go their separate ways right here at WrestleMania.

Tazz: It's definitely been a good run, Cole, but I guess the PPV Squad has decided that it's time to move on.

Huh and Cheesecake pause at the sight of barbed wire in place of ring ropes. They look at each other and then slide into the ring at the same time.

Cole: Huh and Cheesecake have an opportunity here to win the WWE Tag Team Titles from their former friends Dusty Schneble and Jay Rowe.

The Pyro Twins' theme hits and they make their way to the ring.

Tazz: This won't be an ordinary match. This may just be the most dangerous match we?ve ever seen at a WrestleMania.

Cole: It's a barbed wire match, which means that the ring ropes have been replaced with barbed wire. No count outs, no disqualifications, and that barbed wire is as legal as a headlock.

Tazz: This Barbed Wire Match is a first for WWE, and could very well be the last!

The Pyro Twins slide into the ring and the bell rings. Huh faces off with Dusty and Cheesecake has a staredown with Jay. Dusty slaps Huh, who retaliates with a right hand. They duke it out while Jay hits Cheesecake with right hands. Cheesecake blocks a right and headbutts Jay as Huh staggers Dusty with a right hand. They both try to ram Jay and Dusty face first into the barbed wire, but Jay drops to one knee to stop his momentum and Dusty escapes Huh's grip and kicks him in the midsection. He gives Huh an inverted atomic drop and then a DDT. Cheesecake hits Jay with right hands, but Dusty runs over and hits him from behind with a forearm. They lift Cheesecake into the air and then drop his midsection across their knees. Jay picks up Huh and whips him into the corner. The Pyro Twins charge, but Huh charges out to meet them with a double clothesline. He knees Jay in the midsection as Cheesecake gives Dusty a vertical suplex. Huh whips Jay into the corner and charges, but Jay gets a foot up. Cheesecake comes over to help, but Dusty sweeps his legs. Jay gives Huh a reverse crescent kick to the back of the head. Huh staggers forward only to get dropkicked in the face by Dusty, sending him down. Cheesecake gets up, but the Pyro Twins give him a double leg trip, followed by simultaneous dropkicks to the ribs. Dusty headlocks Huh and walks him toward the barbed wire. Huh grabs the wire to block his face from going into it. Dusty sends him down with a hard right hand. Jay puts Cheesecake in a full nelson and tries to put him face first into the barbed wire. Cheesecake resists and then kicks his leg back to low blow Jay. Jay doubles over in pain and Cheesecake goes for the Screw Driver. Jay blocks it with his leg and then reaches down and grabs Cheesecake's leg. He lifts it up and Cheesecake drops to his back. However, he uses his other foot to push Jay right into the barbed wire. Jay gets stuck and yells in pain. Dusty comes over to see if he's all right, but Huh dropkicks him and Dusty sails into the barbed wire. Huh grabs Jay and pulls him back into the ring, giving him an elbow to the back of the head. He stomps on Jay and goes to the top rope, hitting a moonsault. He covers, but only gets a two count. Cheesecake gives Dusty a back suplex. Huh picks Jay up, but Jay gives him a jawbreaker. Cheesecake charges him, but gets hit with a spinning heel kick. Jay tries to whip Huh into the barbed wire, but Huh reverses and Jay sails into it. Huh and Cheesecake then lift Dusty for a double suplex, but then just drop him right across the barbed wire. Huh charges Jay, but gets backdropped to the floor. Cheesecake stomps on Dusty, but Jay picks him up in a reverse fireman's carry and hits the Overhaul. He covers, but Cheesecake gets a shoulder up. Jay consults with Dusty, who reaches into his pants and gets two pairs of wire cutters.

He hands one to Jay and then goes to one turnbuckle and cuts the barbed wire. Jay cuts the other end, and they each brandish a strand like a whip. Jay whips Cheesecake across the back and Dusty whips Huh as he slides back in. Dusty gets on top of Huh and digs the barbed wire into his forehead. Jay picks Cheesecake up and runs his forehead along the barbed wire still acting as ring ropes. Huh and Cheesecake both start bleeding, and Dusty gives Huh a teardrop suplex onto the barbed wire strand. Jay gives Cheesecake a DDT and the Pyro Twins jump down to the floor. They go under the ring and Dusty pulls out a ladder. He slides it into the ring as Jay pulls out a table and sets it up next to the ring. Dusty pulls out another table and slides it into the ring. In the ring, Cheesecake gets up, but Dusty just shoves him back into the barbed wire. He goes over to take care of Huh, but Huh gets to his feet and lifts one end of the table, hitting Dusty in the face. Dusty holds his nose and doubles over and Huh brings the table down across the back of his head. Jay comes back in, but Huh ducks a clothesline and whips him into the barbed wire. Jay staggers out in pain, but Huh and Cheesecake give him a double looper. Huh covers, but only gets a two count. He scoop slams Dusty as Cheesecake sets the ladder up. Cheesecake climbs the ladder as Huh holds it in place for him. However, as Cheesecake reaches the top, Jay comes back over and hits Huh in the back of the head. He throws him into the barbed wire and walks around to the other side of the ladder. He tips it over, and Cheesecake falls and crotches himself across the barbed wire, getting tangled in it. The ref goes over to check on him, but can?t get him out. He calls for help as the Pyro Twins hammer Huh with right hands. Jay gets a strand of barbed wire and Dusty gets another. They bring Huh to his knees and wrap the barbed wire tight around his body. Huh tries to fight back with right hands, but Dusty kicks him in the stomach to double him over. The Pyro Twins start mercilessly stomping him, causing the barbed wire to dig into his flesh. More officials come out and finally are able to untangle Cheesecake, who topples to the floor close to losing consciousness. Dusty breaks down the ladder and slams it down on the top of Huh?s head. Jay covers, but Huh kicks out. They stomp the barbed wire into him some more and then pick him up. Dusty tries to whip him into the corner, but Huh reverses and charges, giving Dusty an avalanche using the barbed wire on his own body. Huh holds his own flesh as the barbed wire digs in and Jay attacks from behind. He hits Huh with right hands and whips him toward the side of the ring with no ropes. Huh reverses and Jay sails out of the ring and smacks the barricade with his ribs. Dusty starts to stagger out of the corner, but Huh backs up and rams Dusty back into it. He scoops Dusty up and drops him across the barbed wire. Dusty's shirt gets caught in the wire, and Huh picks up the ladder. He charges Dusty and rams him in the head with the ladder, causing Dusty to somersault over the barbed wire and to the floor. Jay slides back in but Huh swings the ladder around and takes him out. He props the ladder up in the corner and tries to whip Jay into it, but Jay reverses and Huh crashes into the ladder. Jay gives him a spinning heel kick to send him down and calls Dusty back into the ring. Dusty slides back in, still groggy. Jay sets up the ladder and tells Dusty to set up the table in front of it. They use the wire cutters to get more strands of barbed wire and then place them on the table. Dusty picks Huh up and places him on the table as Jay ascends the ladder. However, Cheesecake finally comes to on the outside. He refuses medical attention and slides back in the ring. He clotheslines Dusty and then pushes over the ladder, causing Jay to fall into the barbed wire. Cheesecake picks up a strand from the table as Huh gets off and wraps it around his fist. He hits Jay in the forehead with it repeatedly, drawing blood.

Huh hits Dusty with right hands and then gives him the Windbreaker. He puts Dusty on the table and starts to climb the ladder. Cheesecake gives Jay a hiptoss and then tries a falling headbutt. However, Jay reaches a strand of barbed wire and places it directly in the path of Cheesecake?s head. He gets up and whips Huh across the back with it. He tries it again, but Huh catches the strand this time, trying to take it from Jay. Jay yanks on it hard and Huh loses his balance and somersaults back to the mat. Dusty gets off the table and wanders close to the barbed wire. Cheesecake charges him, but Dusty moves. Cheesecake puts on the brakes and turns around only to receive the Rope Burn across the barbed wire. Dusty covers and Cheesecake barely kicks out. Jay chokes Huh with the barbed wire as Dusty exits the ring. He stands on the table that was set up earlier and calls to Jay. Jay brings Huh over and lifts him into the air. As he drops him, Dusty grabs Huh by the head and they drop him right across the barbed wire, hanging him out to dry. Jay picks up Cheesecake and tries to whip him into Huh, but he counters into an armwringer and kicks Jay, delivering the Long Kiss Goodnight. He sets up the ladder again and climbs the side with the table in front of it. Dusty gets back in the ring and climbs the other side. They exchange right hands at the top of the ladder, and Cheesecake gets the better of him. He pummels Dusty with rights, and then tries to suplex him over the ladder and through the table. However, Jay gets up and comes around to Cheesecake's side. He gives him a low blow and climbs the ladder so that he?s almost right beside Cheesecake. Jay and Dusty give him a modified Final Darkness on the ladder, tipping it over. Dusty and Jay crash to the mat while Cheesecake falls and crashes through the table with barbed wire on it. Dusty crawls over and covers Cheesecake, getting the three count.

Winners: The Pyro Twins at 14:02

Cole: What a brutal match! Huh and Cheesecake gave it everything they had, but the Pyro Twins were just too tough.

Tazz: I'll agree with that, Cole. The Pyro Twins deserve some props for hanging in there and winning. Huh and Cheesecake deserve a world of credit too.

The Pyro Twins take their belts and walk up the ramp. In the ring, Huh and Cheesecake slowly get to their feet. The crowd claps for them, and they raise their arms to acknowledge it. Huh's theme starts playing. Huh looks at Cheesecake and even though he's bloody and tired, he starts to dance. Cheesecake nods and then starts clapping rhythmically for him. Huh finishes right in front of Cheesecake, who smooches him on the forehead. They then give each other a high five and exit the ring.

Cole: The fans showing their appreciation for the efforts of Huh and Cheesecake, who may still have tag team gold in their future someday.

Tazz: They had a brutal match, and they lost the opportunity of a lifetime. But they can still hold their heads high at the end, Cole, and that's what's important.

INT. BACKSTAGE - NIGHT

The Pyro Twins, still all bloody and holding the Tag Team Titles, stand in front of Nykk, who has the Cruiserweight Title around his waist.

Nykk: I'm telling you, you guys are just plain awesome. Of all the people, I didn't expect Huh and Cheesecake to put up a fight, but you guys pulled it together and won again! We?re that close to fulfilling our goal, guys. Freakin' finally. Huh and Cheesecake will be nothing without Croooooow, once I'm through with him. After tonight, we'll be able to go home.

Jay and Dusty look at each other.

Jay: Listen, Nykk, about that... we learned a valuable lesson from Huh and Cheesecake tonight. Even though they've spent months chasing these titles, and finally got their shot, they failed. But after that, they still held their heads high. We talked it over, and we decided... we don't want it to end this way.

Nykk: What?

Dusty: Sorry, Nykk, but we decided that we're going to stay in WWE and defend our belts. You're on your own, pal.

They walk away.

Nykk: What!? You can't... we're in this together! Dusty, Jay! Guys... I'm all alone now...

He takes off the Cruiserweight Title and hugs it to his chest.

INT. ARENA - NIGHT

MATCH: Nykk vs. Croooooow

Croooooow's theme hits and he makes his way to the ring.

Cole: And here is where it all ends tonight. The PPV Squad is finished. Croooooow has an opportunity to walk out of WrestleMania with the Cruiserweight Title, but to do it he has to defeat his former best friend and tag team partner, Nykk.

Tazz: And in Nykk's case, if he doesn't win he has to leave this company.

Cole: They were Tag Team Champions together, but tonight they will be bitter enemies.

Nykk's theme hits and he makes his way to the ring.

Cole: Nykk is all alone now. He has forsaken his friends in the PPV Squad. The Pyro Twins have abandoned him. He has nothing to lose, and that makes him very dangerous.

Tazz: I wouldn't be surprised if Nykk tries to cripple Croooooow the way he nearly crippled Cynric last month.

The bell rings and Nykk and Croooooow walk to the center of the ring. After staring at each other for a few moments, Nykk offers a handshake. Croooooow is distracted a moment from disbelief, which allows Nykk to smack him in the face. Croooooow takes a swing, but Nykk ducks behind him and gets a waistlock. Croooooow tries to break it, but Nykk holds on. Croooooow finally manages to reverse it, and Nykk drops to one knee, throwing Croooooow off. Croooooow rolls to his feet, but get sent down with a running back elbow from Nykk. Nykk hits Croooooow with hard right hands and backs him into a corner. He pummels Croooooow in the face with lefts and rights, and the ref warns him about using a closed fist. Croooooow knees Nykk in the midsection, but Nykk blocks a right and headbutts him, hurting his own head. He kicks Croooooow in the midsection and then whips him into the ropes. Croooooow goes for a flying headscissors, but Nykk simply throws him across the ring. Croooooow gets to his feet and immediately gets clotheslined to the mat by Nykk. Nykk executes a snap suplex and covers for a one count. Nykk stomps Croooooow in the head and then picks him up. He goes for a powerbomb, but Croooooow somersaults over his back and goes for a sunset flip. Nykk drops down and gets a one count, but Croooooow pulls him down with his legs for the sunset flip. He gets a one count as Nykk somersaults backward to escape. They get to their feet and Nykk sends Croooooow back down with a hard right. Nykk goes for the Trinity by hitting a back suplex. He rolls through and tries a German, but Croooooow counters into a victory roll. He gets a two count, and Nykk throws Croooooow off easily. He gets to his feet and tries a clothesline, but Croooooow ducks and bounces off the ropes. However, Nykk charges him and hits a running leg lariat. Nykk chokes Croooooow across the middle rope and then kicks him in the ribs. He forearms his back and then goes for the Trinity again. Croooooow escapes the back suplex by somersaulting backwards and dropkicks Nykk from behind. Nykk falls forward into the middle turnbuckle. Croooooow hits Nykk with right hands and whips him into the ropes. Nykk holds onto the top rope and slides out of the ring. As he regroups on the outside, Croooooow dives through the ropes feet first and takes Nykk over with a headscissors.

Croooooow throws Nykk back into the ring. Nykk gets to his knees, but Croooooow dropkicks him in the face. Nykk staggers to his feet on the opposite side of the ring and leans against the ropes. Croooooow clotheslines him over the top rope and to the floor. Croooooow waits for Nykk to get up and then grabs him by the hair. He tries to pull him back in, but Nykk drops to the floor, clotheslining Croooooow across the top rope. Nykk backs up next to the announcing table, where Tazz suddenly stands up and puts the Tazzmission on Nykk. He's not able to get it on good and Nykk escapes. He turns around and decks Tazz with a right hand. However, Croooooow dives through the ropes and hits Nykk from behind with a tope, sending him sprawling across the announcing table. Croooooow rams Nykk's head into the table repeatedly and then pulls him off. He throws Nykk back into the ring. Nykk staggers to his feet and tries to dropkick Croooooow's knees as he comes through the ropes. Croooooow jumps out of the way and gives Nykk an enziguri as he gets to his knees. He covers and gets a two count. Croooooow whips Nykk into the ropes, but Nykk reverses and somersaults Croooooow with a knee to the midsection. He gets behind Croooooow and nails Howling Moon I. He quickly covers, but Croooooow manages to kick out at two.

Nykk hammers Croooooow furiously with right hands and then chokes him. The ref pulls him off, and Nykk shoves the ref away. The ref shoves back, and Nykk turns around and walks right into a jawbreaker. Croooooow whips Nykk front first into the corner and hits a tiger buster. He covers and gets a two count. He lifts Nykk for the Demon Driver, but Nykk escapes and pushes him into the ropes. He leapfrogs Croooooow and then drops down on the rebound. Nykk tries another leapfrog, but Croooooow stops and lets him come down right into an inverted atomic drop. He whips Nykk into the corner, but Nykk reverses and charges. Croooooow tips up, but Nykk catches him in a fireman's carry and hits a rolling Samoan drop. Nykk says that it?s over and drops an elbow on Croooooow's back. He drives his knee into it a couple of times and then puts him in a single arm camel clutch. He chickenwings the other arm so that he's applied a crossface chickenwing/camel clutch combo. After about thirty seconds, Croooooow starts to revive and tries to make it to his feet. Nykk holds on tightly, but Croooooow still manages to get on all fours. Seeing that he's losing control, Nykk releases the hold and jumps into the air, crashing down on Croooooow's back. He grabs Croooooow's hair and puts him in a headlock. He runs across the ring for a bulldog, but Croooooow puts on the brakes and counters into a back suplex. The ref starts the count, and both men are on their feet by seven. Croooooow blocks a right hand and nails one of his own. He hits some more right hands, and the Irish Temper overtakes him. He starts pummeling Nykk mercilessly. Nykk drops to all fours and Croooooow hammers on his back and then knees him in the face. He backs up and charges for a clothesline. Nykk ducks but Croooooow turns around and nails a spinning heel kick. He goes to the top rope and hits a guillotine legdrop. He covers and gets a close two count. He goes for a reverse tiger suplex, but Nykk counters into a monkey flip. Croooooow quickly gets to his feet and charges for a clothesline, but Nykk leaps low and dropkicks Croooooow in the side of the knee. Croooooow crumples to the mat in pain, and Nykk wastes no time in applying the Bellbrookville Cedarleaf. Croooooow tries to make it to the ropes, but Nykk pulls him back to the center of the ring. After about thirty seconds, Croooooow rolls onto his shoulder, trying to counter the hold. He manages to make it to the point where he?s almost vertical, and grabs one of Nykk's legs. He forces Nykk down to the mat and counters into the Carrion Stretch. Nykk fights it, but can?t quite make it to the ropes. After about twenty seconds, the ref leans in to ask Nykk if he wants to submit. Nykk grabs the ref's shirt and pulls him in to him. Croooooow tries to reach over and break Nykk's grip, but opens himself up for Nykk to elbow him in the head. Nykk gives him a few more elbows and Croooooow releases the hold.

Nykk bites Croooooow's forehead until the ref pulls him off. He warns Nykk that one more trick like that and he'll disqualify him. Croooooow tries to pick Nykk up, but he kicks Croooooow in the groin. Croooooow falls over in pain, and Nykk slides out of the ring. He gets a chair and climbs back in. The ref frantically warns him against using the chair, but Nykk rams him in the midsection with it. He then brings the chair down across his back, knocking out the ref. Croooooow gets to his feet, but Nykk hits him in the head with the chair. He rams the chair into Croooooow?s back repeatedly and then hits him across the back with it. He puts a front facelock on and brings Croooooow to his feet. He ties his upper body up between the top and middle ropes so that his back is exposed. He hits Croooooow a couple of times with the chair and then backs up. He charges, but Croooooow kicks his feet up and hits the chair, sending it into Nykk's face. Nykk goes down and drops the chair. Croooooow unties himself and picks up the chair. He hits Nykk's knee with it to send him back down and starts beating him with the chair. He throws the chair out of the ring and picks Nykk up. He goes for the Demon Driver, but Nykk counters with Howling Moon II and quickly covers. The ref wakes up and makes the count, but Croooooow just barely kicks out. Nykk beats the mat in frustration. He waits for Croooooow to get up and then bounces off the ropes. Croooooow catches him with a running dropkick, and then finally hits the Demon Driver. He covers, but this time Nykk barely manages to kick out before three. Croooooow is too exhausted to protest the count, but brings Nykk to his feet. Nykk bites Croooooow's hand and then kicks his leg out from under him. Croooooow gets to his feet, but Nykk is poised and finally hits the Trinity. He hangs onto the dragon suplex and bridges, but still only gets a two count. He scoop slams Croooooow and goes to the top rope. He goes for his splash, but slips on the top rope and falls short of Croooooow, hitting his head. As he staggers to his feet, Croooooow runs to the corner and vaults off the second turnbuckle, catching Nykk with a swinging DDT. He covers, but Nykk still manages to kick out. Nykk is visibly having motor problems and seems to be dizzy. Croooooow brings him to his feet, but Nykk suddenly takes him over with a northern lights suplex. However, he can't bridge because he?s too dizzy. He goes to the top rope anyway, determined to hit his splash. Croooooow gets up and nails Nykk in the midsection, going up with him. They exchange right hands on the top rope, but Nykk gets the better of the exchange. He hits Croooooow with rights, but Croooooow blocks one and headbutts Nykk, staggering him. Croooooow executes an inside cradle from the top rope and they fall to the mat with Croooooow on top. Nykk is too dizzy to kick out, and Croooooow gets the three count.

Winner: Croooooow at 21:57

Cole: What a Cruiserweight Title match!

Tazz: Croooooow is the new Cruiserweight Champion!

Cole: And as per their agreement, Nykk has to leave the company. So long, Nykk!

Tazz: Bon voyage!

Cole: Sayonara.

Tazz: And don't let the door hit you on the way out!

Shadow, Huh and Cheesecake come out on the stage and start applauding Croooooow as he holds up the Cruiserweight Title. Nykk just sits in the corner in disbelief with his head in his hands. Huh and Cheesecake suddenly point to the back, and Cynric comes out in a neck brace. They walk down to the ring and get in. Cynric and Croooooow embrace, and Huh and Cheesecake put Huh on their shoulders.

Cole: The celebration is underway, and though the PPV Squad is now officially dead, these guys are all still friends, and they're showing it right here.

Tazz: Those two guys threw everything they had at each other, and I mean everything. They even tried some new stuff, but Croooooow had just a little bit more tonight.

Nykk finally gets to his feet and stomps the mat in anger. Huh and Cheesecake let Croooooow down, and they all look at Nykk expectantly. Nykk takes a look at all of them and finally applauds briefly before exiting the ring.

Cole: Nykk is actually showing a measure of respect, and rightfully so. It may be the end of an era, but something new has started right here at WrestleMania XIX.

Tazz: Ladies and gentlemen, this has been the PPV Squad.

Aftermath

Croooooow remained Cruiserweight Champion for a few months, before dropping it to Matt Hardy. Shadow was traded back to Raw, where she eventually became Women's Champion. Huh and Cheesecake never won the WWE Tag Team Titles from the Pyro Twins, and after awhile split up to pursue singles careers. Cynric made a full recovery, and returned to Smackdown, regularly teaming with his brother. The Pyro Twins had multiple reigns as Tag Team Champions. After doing all they could as a tag team, the Pyro Twins exploded when Dusty accidentally blew up Jay's car. Nykk took a couple of years off from wrestling to pursue a writing career. He finally returned to WWE and faced off with Croooooow again... this time headlining WrestleMania XXII.

The End
