INT. ARENA – NIGHT

MATCH: Cynric, Huh and Cheesecake vs. Nykk and the Pyro Twins

Nykk’s theme hits and he and the Pyro Twins make their way to the ring.

Cole: The first of our six-man tag team matches is about to happen. Nykk is leading the way, along with the Pyro Twins.

Tazz: These bad feelings between Nykk and Cynric have encompassed the Pyro Twins and Huh and Cheesecake, and this looks like it’ll be settled right here.

The PPV Squad theme hits and Cynric, Huh and Cheesecake make their way to the ring.

Cole: Cynric is enraged at Nykk’s attempts to force the PPV Squad to retire from wrestling. I know him enough to know that he loves this business, and will fight anyone to defend it, even his former friends Nykk, Jay and Dusty.

Tazz: And Huh and Cheesecake just might be looking to take the Tag Team Titles from Jay and Dusty very soon.

The bell rings and Nykk and Cynric start off for their teams. However, as they’re about to lock up, Nykk rethinks his decision and tags Dusty. Cynric shouts at Nykk, telling him to get in the ring, and while he’s distracted, Dusty circles him and charges. Cynric senses it coming and ducks a clothesline. Dusty turns around and receives a thrust kick that sends him down. He gets up and receives a roundhouse kick to the midsection, and backs into a corner. Cynric kicks him in the midsection multiple times and then hits him in the head with a jumping spinning crescent kick. Dusty staggers out of the corner, and Cynric gives him an inverted atomic drop. He executes a snap suplex and tags Cheesecake. He hits Dusty with right hands and whips him into the ropes. Dusty reverses, but Cheesecake slides under his legs. Dusty bounces off the ropes, but Cheesecake clotheslines him. Dusty gets up and receives a hiptoss. Cheesecake taunts him, but Dusty charges and hits a hard clothesline. He tags Jay and holds Cheesecake’s arms behind his back. Jay beats the hell out of Cheesecake’s midsection with right hands. Dusty throws Cheesecake into their corner before getting out of the ring. Jay hits Cheesecake in the sides of his head with stiff lefts and rights. When Cheesecake covers up, Jay pounds his midsection. The ref makes Jay back off, and Nykk chokes Cheesecake with the tag rope while the ref’s back is turned. Cheesecake staggers over to another corner, but Jay kicks him. He whips him into the ropes, and Huh makes a blind tag. Cheesecake tries a high cross body, but Jay catches him. Huh comes in and dropkicks Cheesecake, causing him to land on top of Jay. Cheesecake rolls off and Huh picks Jay up. He hits him with right hands and whips him into a corner. He charges and hits an avalanche. Dusty comes in and tries to attack, but Huh moves and Dusty nails Jay. Huh whips Dusty into the opposite corner and hits an avalanche on him. However, he turns around and gets nailed with a spinning heel kick from Jay. Jay hits a vertical suplex. He goes for another suplex, but Huh escapes and executes a back suplex. He tags Cynric and they pick Jay up. They whip him into the ropes and hit a double clothesline. Cynric hits a rolling koppo kick and covers for a two count. He picks Jay up and puts him in a front facelock, tagging Huh. Huh comes in and kicks Jay in the ribs. He tags Cheesecake and they whip Jay into the ropes, executing a double looper. Cheesecake covers for a two count. He hits a pumphandle suplex and then goes to the top rope. Jay staggers to his feet and crotches Cheesecake on the top turnbuckle. He tags Dusty and they whip Cheesecake into the ropes. They hit a double leg trip and then hit simultaneous dropkicks to his ribs.

Dusty stomps on Cheesecake and then picks him up, tagging Nykk. Dusty hits a teardrop suplex as Nykk goes to the top rope. Nykk splashes Cheesecake from the top and instinctively goes for the cover, but the ref tells him he can only pin Cynric. Nykk picks up Cheesecake and shoves him into the PPV Squad’s corner. He orders him to tag Cynric, and Cynric offers his hand, but Cheesecake refuses to tag. He charges Nykk, who somersaults him with a knee to the midsection. He tells Cynric to watch as he destroys Cheesecake. He picks him up and puts him in the tree of woe in his corner. He kicks at Cheesecake’s knee mercilessly, until the ref tells him to back off. Nykk distracts the ref while Dusty gets a chair and wails away on Cheesecake’s knee with it. Cheesecake falls to the mat, grasping his knee in pain. Nykk drags him to the center of the ring and applies an Indian deathlock. After about twenty seconds, Cheesecake passes out from the pain. The ref raises his hand and drops it twice. On the third try, Cheesecake keeps his arm up and inches toward the ropes. He finally makes it, and Nykk relinquishes the hold. He picks Cheesecake up and takes him to the center of the ring. He hits a tiger slam and immediately locks in the Cedarleaf. Cheesecake yells in pain, and Nykk talks trash to Cynric. However, Huh drops to the floor and slides into the ring behind Nykk. He bulldogs Nykk and forces him to release Cheesecake. He gets back in the corner as Cheesecake crawls toward it. As Nykk gets to his feet, Cheesecake tags Cynric. Cynric charges Nykk, but the Pyro Twins come in and grab Cynric by the arms, throwing him into a corner. They pummel Cynric with right hands and kicks and then whip him front first into the opposite corner. They go for Final Darkness, but Cynric suddenly vaults onto his hands and springboards himself backwards to avoid it. He gives Jay and Dusty a double clothesline and goes after Nykk. Huh comes in and clotheslines the Pyro Twins and himself over the top rope. Cynric hits Nykk with right hands and whips him into the ropes, hitting a spinning heel kick. He sends Nykk back down with a spinning crescent kick and then goes for the Shock Cannon. Nykk escapes and hits Cynric from behind with a forearm. He tries to whip Cynric into the ropes, but he counters with an armwringer and pulls Nykk in, kicking him in the midsection with roundhouse kicks. He then swings his leg up and over Nykk’s arm and kicks back into his face. Nykk goes down, nearly out cold. Cynric sets him up for the Lift Off as Cheesecake and Huh brawl with the Pyro Twins on the outside. Cynric charges, but Nykk gets to his feet and quickly grabs him and executes an Aurora Driver, dropping Cynric right on his head. Nykk covers and gets the three count.

Winners: Nykk and the Pyro Twins at 10:15

Cole: Oh my God! Cynric just got dropped right on his head by that Aurora Driver!

Tazz: That’s a nasty move, Cole. We all remember how Nykk put Edge out of action with it once.

Nykk and the Pyro Twins celebrate, but Cynric isn’t moving. Huh and Cheesecake come into the ring and check on him.

Cole: He’s not moving, Tazz. We need some help out here right now, because Cynric could be seriously injured.

More officials and EMTs come to the ring with a stretcher and a neck brace. Nykk paces impatiently as they put it on and then gives the Pyro Twins some orders. Dusty attacks Cheesecake, and Jay attacks Huh. They brawl out of the ring and to the floor. Nykk slowly walks toward Cynric.

Cole: What the hell is Nykk doing? He’s possibly crippled Cynric, and he looks like he wants to do more damage!

Tazz: Nykk said he was going to force the PPV Squad into retiring, and I guess this is what he meant.

Cole: Well, somebody’s got to stop him!

Tazz takes off his headset and starts to move toward the ring, but Rey Mysterio and Edge suddenly run down and stand over Cynric. Nykk backs off and gets out of the ring.

Cole: Thank goodness for Rey Mysterio and Edge, and for my partner Tazz, who would have gone in there and tried to stop him. I don’t know if anyone took Nykk seriously when he said he would end careers if he had to… I just hope that Cynric is all right.

The EMTs finally wheel Cynric out of the arena.
