INT. PROMO SET - NIGHT
Jonathan Coachman is standing by with Nykk.
Coach: Nykk, last night you suffered a disappointing loss in your quest for the Intercontinental Title. Can you tell us what your plans are from here?
Nykk: I'm not giving up, Coach. That Intercontinental Title will eventually be mine, but first I have to give credit where credit is due. Eddie Guerrero is one of the best wrestlers in the world, and to know that I can hang with someone of that caliber is an honor.
Coach: Indeed, it was a very close match. However, tonight you go one on one with William Regal, who has been nothing but callous toward you over the past couple of weeks.
Nykk: William Regal is another phenomenal competitor, Coach, but I won't give him any credit. Regal is a snobbish crybaby of a man, and if he wants to stick his upturned nose in my business, tonight I will have the ultimate pleasure of punching that nose back into his skull. And I know Eddie will be watching, and if he's the kind of competitor I hope he is, hopefully he will offer me a rematch, because I was that close...
Eddie Guerrero walks in and interrupts Nykk.
Eddie: What's this all about, holmes? You diss my friend William Regal and think I'm going to offer you another title shot? I just beat you last night, ese. Not only that, I've pinned you in two straight pay-per-views, and could even do it twice in one night. You're yesterday?s news, and if you get in my face, ese, I'll beat you like a piata. I've got a line of challengers waiting, man, so what makes you think you're getting a shot at my belt?
Nykk: As much as I respect your abilities, Guerrero, I've got to tell you that I hate your freakin' guts. Since you're such a fighting champion, prove it. If I beat Regal, I get my title shot. If I don't beat Regal, well, nothing happens because this was just a ploy to lure you in close!
He tackles Eddie and rams him into the Raw set as Coachman runs. They brawl on the ground for a moment before officials arrive to pull them apart.
INT. LOCKER ROOM - NIGHT
The entire PPV Squad is standing around talking when Eric Bischoff comes in, smiling. The Squad all stop and stare at him with intense hatred.
Bischoff: Oh my God, it's the PPV Squad! What, no warm welcome?
Nykk: A warm welcome is the last thing you're going to find in this locker room, Mr. GM. I suggest you get the F out before we beat the F out of you, you scumbag.
Bischoff: Whoa, such hostility! Ruthless aggression. I like it. That's why I'm here. I've been watching you guys on TV, and I must say I'm impressed. If we're going to make this era a successful one, I want you guys right there beside me. You have the drive, the determination; you're young, full of potential, yet so full of wrestling knowledge. If you guys team up with me, Raw will definitely be the more successful show.
Croooooow: It'll be successful all right, especially the 'suc' part.
Bischoff: Come on guys. You know I was the head of WCW when it was the most powerful...
Nykk grabs his shirt and throws him against a locker.
Nykk: You think you're smooth? Do you think you're cool? Cool people don't talk about how cool they were six years ago! How do you think it felt, as fans of this organization, to watch you give away Raw results on the air and attempt to drive this company out of business? This is the company we grew up with. As far as wrestling is concerned, it's been our life. And you tried to end our life. We're not happy with this decision, but as long as you keep your slimy hands and fake hair out of our business, your life with this company won't be a short one. Now step off.
He releases Bischoff, who is no longer smiling.
Bischoff: Well, gentlemen, and lady, it seems that we have a conflict. Luckily, I prepared for this. Maybe once you experience the kind of power I can command, you'll have a change of heart. You guys have a "nice" night.
He storms out of the locker room.
INT. ARENA - NIGHT
MATCH: Cynric vs. Justin Credible
Justin Credible's theme hits and he makes his way to the ring.
JR: It was certainly a triumphant night for Justin Credible at Vengeance. He and Mike Awesome beat the Pyro Twins in their no holds barred match.
King: Yeah, they were all over the place. I guess they've proven that the Pyro Twins aren't as tough as they say.
JR: The Pyro Twins proved their toughness, all right. That match could have gone either way.
Cynric's theme hits and he makes his way to the ring.
JR: Cynric, the PPV Squad's resident martial artist is on his way down, and he and Justin Credible also have a history. Cynric challenged Credible to this match last week, and he's going to see if he can break that momentum that Credible and Awesome gained last night.
King: I think Cynric's a fool. Credible's going to cane him silly!
FINISH: Cynric retakes control, but Credible manages to wriggle out of the Shock Cannon and give Cynric a superkick. However, the Pyro Twins march down to ringside with double flame-throwers. They get on opposite sides of the ring, distracting Credible. As the ref tries to make Jay get down, Dusty points his flame-thrower at Credible. Justin backs off and turns around right into Cynric, who jabs him in the midsection with his bo. As Credible bends over, Cynric executes the Shock Cannon and the Pyro Twins get down. Cynric covers and gets the three count.
Winner: Cynric at 4:01
JR: Cynric has beaten his rival Justin Credible, thanks to a little assist to the men who Credible and Awesome beat last night, the Pyro Twins!
King: That's not fair, JR! Where's Mike Awesome?
The Pyro Twins take off their flame-throwers and get in the ring to raise Cynric's hand. As Cynric poses in the corner, Mike Awesome runs down to the ring and clotheslines both Pyro Twins from behind. When Cynric turns around, Awesome gives him an overhead belly-to-belly suplex, and Credible moves in with the cane, caning Cynric furiously.
JR: There's where Mike Awesome is, and he's decimated the Pyro Twins and Cynric!
Awesome picks up Dusty and gives him a running Awesome Bomb. Croooooow runs out with a chair and whacks Credible across the back with it. He throws the chair at Awesome's feet, and as he picks it up, Croooooow kicks the chair into Awesome's face, staggering him. He goes to the second rope and nails a missile dropkick, and Awesome falls. However, before Croooooow gets a chance to celebrate, Steven Richards comes out of the crowd with another cane and canes Croooooow in the back of the head.
JR: Now Steven Richards is out here!
King: What the hell is going on, JR?
Richards gives a Steven Kick to Jay, and then canes Cynric as he tries to get up. Credible sets up a table in the ring and then gives That's Incredible to Cynric on the chair. Awesome goes to the top rope as Richards lays Croooooow on the table and Credible canes Dusty. Awesome hits an Awesome Splash off the top rope, putting Croooooow through the table. Steven Richards's theme hits and they all celebrate.
JR: I don't know what's happening here, but it looks like Steven Richards has joined this extreme alliance along with Justin Credible and Mike Awesome!
King: This is bad news for the PPV Squad, JR! Is this what Bischoff meant when he said they would regret not siding with him?
INT. ARENA - NIGHT
MATCH: Nykk vs. William Regal
William Regal's theme hits and he makes his way to the ring.
JR: William Regal is out here and he will be taking on Nykk as a result of his criticisms of Nykk over the past couple of weeks. If he loses, hopefully he won't cry.
King: What are you talking about, JR? A refined gentleman like William Regal would never cry over a loss.
Nykk's theme hits and he makes his way to the ring.
JR: Nykk can't let his loss to Eddie Guerrero phase him tonight. Regal is as dangerous as they come, and he can't be focused on the Intercontinental Title right now.
King: I can't believe Nykk had the audacity to demand a rematch with Eddie. Latino Heat beat him fair and square last night!
FINISH: As Regal whips Nykk into the corner, he reverses. Regal steps off the bottom rope and charges, but Nykk rolls backwards and hooks Regal's leg into a half Boston crab. He lets go of the hold and turns Regal over, applying the Bellbrookville Cedarleaf. After a few moments, Regal taps out.
Winner: Nykk at 5:45
JR: Nykk is the victor over William Regal here on Raw, and I say give him a rematch. He nearly beat Eddie Guerrero last night, and just showed his mettle here against William Regal.
King: He had his shot, JR. He's yesterday's news, just like Eddie said.
Eddie Guerrero runs down to the ring, but Nykk sees him and attacks as he slides into the ring. He whips Eddie into the ropes and nails a reverse elbow. Eddie crawls to the corner and begs off, distracting Nykk so that Chris Benoit can run down and clothesline him from behind. Nykk goes down, and Eddie stomps on his head as Benoit ascends the turnbuckles and nails a flying headbutt. He puts Nykk in the Crippler Crossface and Eddie goes up top, hitting a frog splash on Nykk's back.
JR: What an appalling attack on Nykk. Let him go, Benoit!
An army of officials comes down and only after they pull him off does Benoit release the Crossface. His theme hits and he and Eddie stand over Nykk.
JR: What a sickening attack that was.
King: This is not the PPV Squad's night, is it?
JR: If this is the work of Bischoff, you can rest assured that Nykk will have a few choice words for him, among other things, when he recovers.
Heat

Shadow defeats Victoria after hitting the Interceptor.
MATCH: Huh vs. Raven
Raven beats Huh after hitting the Raven Effect.
