Vengeance
INT. ARENA - NIGHT
MATCH: Croooooow vs. William Regal
William Regal's theme hits and he makes his way to the ring.
JR: The action is underway here at Vengeance, and we're starting it off with a special bonus match.
King: What a better way to kick off Vengeance than with William Regal!
Croooooow's theme hits and he makes his way to the ring.
JR: Unfortunately for Croooooow, this match will not be for the European Title, due to Regal's loss to Jeff Hardy a couple of weeks ago.
King: Yeah, no title for Croooooow!
JR: This match came about as a result of a confrontation earlier on Heat.
Croooooow suddenly charges the ring and dives in as the bell rings. Regal charges him, but Croooooow slides under Regal's legs and grabs them. He trips Regal up and sends him face first to the mat. Croooooow bounces off the ropes and delivers a flying headscissors. Regal backs into the corner, but Croooooow follows him, pummeling him with right hands. He whips Regal out of the corner, but changes directions and whips him back into the same corner. Regal steps off the bottom turnbuckle and tries a left hand, but Croooooow ducks behind him and hits a dropkick, sending Regal through the second rope and to the floor. Croooooow poses for the fans as Regal staggers to his feet. Croooooow goes to the top rope and hits a plancha on Regal. He picks Regal up and throws him back into the ring. He gets on the apron and slingshots himself over the top rope to hit a splash on Regal. He covers and gets a two count. He turns Regal over and tries to lock in the Carrion Stretch, but Regal grabs the ropes. Croooooow lets up and then stomps on Regal's neck. Regal gets to his feet against the ropes and Croooooow gives him some knife-edge chops.
He whips him into the ropes, but Regal reverses the whip and hangs on to Croooooow's arm, hitting his patented neckbreaker. He gets to his feet after a few moments and picks Croooooow up. He throws him shoulder first into the corner and moves in, but the ref tells him to back off. As Croooooow pries himself off the ring post, Regal applies an armwringer and cranks back on it. Croooooow wraps his legs around Regal's ankle and takes him over with a drop toehold and tries to segue into the Carrion Stretch, but Regal makes it to the ropes. Croooooow releases him and backs off, and is held back by the ref as Regal gets up in the ropes. Regal suddenly turns and nails Croooooow with a straight left hand over the ref?s head, flooring Croooooow. The ref questions Regal's use of the closed fist, but Regal denies it. He picks up Croooooow and throws him to the outside. He goes out and stomps on Croooooow's shoulder. He then picks him up in a fireman?s carry and drops him across the barricade on the shoulder. He throws Croooooow back into the ring and goes for the cover but only gets a two count. He covers again and gets another two count. He quickly picks Croooooow up and drives his knees into his face numerous times before lifting both knees into his face and sending him to the mat. He turns Croooooow over and tries to apply the Regal Stretch, but Croooooow resists Regal trying to hook his shoulder. He finally takes Regal over by hooking his arm, and gets a one count. Regal quickly gets up and stomps Croooooow furiously on the shoulder. He executes a back suplex and covers for another two count. He picks Croooooow up, but he executes an inside cradle, getting a close two count. Regal gets up and sends him back down with a left hand. He picks Croooooow up and backs him into the corner, hitting some stiff forearms.
He whips Croooooow into the opposite corner, but Croooooow reverses and Regal crashes front first into the corner. Croooooow executes a tiger buster and covers for a two count. He picks Regal up and whips him into the ropes. Regal reverses and puts his head down, allowing Croooooow to hit a swinging neckbreaker. Regal gets up and Croooooow hits some rights.
He whips Regal into the ropes, but Regal reverses and pulls Croooooow in, driving a knee into his midsection. He tries to hit his butterfly powerbomb, but Croooooow counters into a hurricanrana. He gets a two count, but Regal brings Croooooow's shoulders down with his legs into sunset flip. He gets two as Croooooow rolls backwards out of it and hooks Regal, lifting him and taking him over with a wheelbarrow powerbomb. He covers and gets a close two count. As he argues with the ref, Regal gets up and pulls the brass knuckles from his tights. He swings at Croooooow but the ref intervenes, holding back Regal's arm. Regal protests as the ref takes away his brass knuckles and shoves the ref down. Croooooow pulls his own pair of brass knuckles from his pants and nails Regal with them as he turns around. Croooooow throws the brass knuckles into the crowd and turns Regal over, who is almost out cold. He applies the Carrion Stretch, and Regal taps out after a few moments.
Winner: Croooooow at 7:18
JR: After months of feuding, Croooooow has finally beaten William Regal!
King: Wait a minute, JR! That's not right! Everyone saw Croooooow use his own pair of brass knuckles up there.
JR: Turn about fair play, as the old saying goes. What better way to cost Regal an important match than to beat him at his own game?
INT. ARENA - NIGHT
MATCH: The Pyro Twins vs. Justin Credible and Mike Awesome
The Pyro Twins' theme hits and they make their way to the ring. Jay is holding a steering wheel from a car, and Dusty has a flame-thrower strapped to his back.
JR: A big grudge match coming up, and the Pyro Twins are on their way to the ring. Dusty Schneble and Jay Rowe have come to play, and they're loaded for bear!
King: That's not fair! You can't just set two wrestlers on fire like I'm sure Dusty wants to do.
JR: It is no holds barred, King, and that means anything goes.
Justin Credible's theme hits and he and Mike Awesome make their way to the ring. Justin is holding a kendo stick, but Awesome is unarmed.
JR: It appears that the opposition are prepared as well. We know what Justin can do with that kendo stick, but Mike Awesome doesn't have a weapon. As if he needs one!
King: What I don't get, JR, is why the Pyro Twins would want this match after what Mike Awesome and Justin Credible have been doing to their friends and themselves over the past month.
JR: They're competitors, King. What better way to get revenge than to settle it right here in the ring? Notice that Justin Credible is wearing a t-shirt, just in case the Pyro Twins do decide to start throwing fire around, but Awesome is still clad in only wrestling tights. He must be very confident in his abilities.
The Pyro Twins and Awesome and Credible stare at each other as the bell rings, daring the other to make the first move. The Pyro Twins rush forward, but the ref holds Dusty back, making him take off the flame-thrower. Jay still charges at Awesome, but gets clotheslined to the ground, and the steering wheel goes to the outside. Credible nails Dusty from behind with the kendo stick as he gets the flame-thrower off. As Awesome pounds on Jay, Credible continues to hit Dusty with the kendo stick. He whips Dusty into the ropes and swings, but Dusty ducks behind Credible and grabs the kendo stick, using it to execute a Russian leg sweep. He hits a double axehandle on Awesome from behind, and he and Jay whip him into the ropes. They duck a double clothesline and send him down with a double dropkick on the rebound. Credible charges, but they give him a double leg trip and then bounce off the opposite ropes, hitting a simultaneous double dropkick to each side of his ribs. Jay backs Credible into the corner to hit him with some rights, and Dusty takes a rising Mike Awesome and whips him into the ropes. Dusty drops down and tries to leapfrog on the rebound, but Awesome catches him and executes an overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Meanwhile, Credible ducks a right hand from Jay and lifts him for a back suplex, but instead throws him to Awesome, who powerbombs him. Credible tells Awesome to set up a table while he picks up his kendo stick and canes the Pyro Twins. Awesome sets up a table on the outside and pulls Jay out. He picks him up for a powerbomb, but Jay had grabbed the steering wheel while he was being set up and hits Awesome over the head with it.
Awesome goes down with Jay on top of him. Credible gets out of the ring and tries to hit Jay from behind with the kendo stick and Jay ducks. He kicks Credible in the balls, forcing him to drop the kendo stick. He picks it up and hits Credible over the head with it. Dusty comes out to join Jay and they pick up Credible. They take him around the corner. They whip him into barricade, and then Dusty follows up with a clothesline that sends Credible into the first row. They climb over the barricade and pick up chairs. They take turns beating on Credible, and don't notice Awesome standing on the top rope. They turn toward the ring just in time to take a plancha from Awesome, knocking everyone down. Awesome gets up and pounds Dusty with some right hands as Credible takes it to Jay. Jay blocks and responds with some rights of his own and they fight through the crowd and toward the backstage area. They fight behind the curtain and come upon a concession area. Credible tries to whip Jay into the vendor, but Jay reverses, and Credible hits the vendor, ending up on top of the area. Jay then sneaks up behind Awesome and Dusty, giving Awesome a low blow. Awesome goes down, and Dusty picks up a cooler and throws it down on Awesome, spilling ice and beer everywhere. Credible tries to escape, but the Pyro Twins catch up to him and slam him into a nearby door.
Dusty and Credible brawl through to the other side, but Jay gets blindsided by Awesome with a clothesline. Awesome picks up Jay and whips him hard into the door. Jay falls through to the other side, and Awesome soon joins him. They're now in the restricted area, and Dusty slams Credible on some wooden pallets. Credible rolls off in pain, and Jay and Dusty give Awesome a double drop toehold onto the pallets, knocking him for a loop. They beat on Credible some more as they move down the hallway and throw him into a storage area, which is encases in a mesh fence. Awesome gets up, holding his head and stalks toward the storage area, but Dusty pours lighter fluid all over the entrance and then pulls out some matches. He lights the entrance on fire, keeping Awesome out. They pummel Credible, throwing him into shelves and choking him with a hose. Finally, the fire dies out and Awesome steps in, clubbing Jay in the back of the head. He throws Dusty into the fence, causing it to collapse partially and then rams Dusty, knocking him through the fence. Awesome and Credible take the Pyro Twins to the wrestlers' refreshment table. Credible lifts Jay for a scoop slam, but Jay escapes and pushes Credible into the wall. He then takes the hot coffee and dumps it all over Credible, causing him to scream in pain and rip his shirt off. Awesome hits Jay from behind and then powerbombs him through the table, sending Snapple everywhere. Dusty comes up from behind with a pole and hits Mike Awesome with it. However, Credible is up and takes the empty plastic coffee bin, nailing Dusty in the back of the head with it. Dusty drops the pole and Awesome takes it, choking Dusty with it. They choke Dusty all the way down the hall as Credible hits him with rights.
They make their way to the entrance and come out onto the stage. Awesome releases Dusty and tosses him down. He signals that he's going to powerbomb Dusty off the stage and through two tables below. However, Jay comes out with a dolly and rams Awesome as he turns around. Awesome staggers and Jay rams him again, sending him off the stage and through the two tables. Jay charges Credible and clotheslines him. He then gives Dusty instructions to go down to the ring. Dusty runs down the ramp and places the stairs at the bottom. Jay puts Credible on the dolly and runs down, pushing the dolly. He stops at the bottom and Credible flies off to sprawl onto the stairs. Dusty rolls him into the ring and then makes the first cover of the match, getting a close two. Jay jumps in and they set up for Final Darkness as Credible gets up and deliver it. Instead of covering, Dusty tells Jay to go outside. Jay goes outside and tosses in a chair. Dusty takes the matches out again and lights the chair on fire. He raises it at a rising Justin Credible as Mike Awesome staggers down. Credible begs off and then low blows Dusty, causing him to drop the chair in pain. Jay tries to pick it up, but Awesome comes in and gives him a release German suplex, dropping him on the back of his head. He quickly picks Jay up and gives him a running Awesome Bomb over the top rope and through the table. At the same time, Credible hooks Dusty and gives him That's Incredible on the flaming chair. He covers Dusty and gets the pin.
Winners: Justin Credible and Mike Awesome at 12:19
JR: Justin Credible just barely manages to get the pin on Dusty after a brutal contest.
King: Brutal? The way I see it, Justin Credible and Mike Awesome have proven their superiority once again!
JR: I think that this bout could have gone either way, but it was not to be for the Pyro Twins tonight. Credible and Awesome got the win, and have proven themselves as perhaps the most extreme duo in WWE.
INT. LOCKER ROOM - NIGHT
Jonathan Coachman walks in on William Regal, who is crying. He quickly wipes away the tears with a towel and assumes his usual expression.
Coach: William Regal, I was set to ask you about losing your match to Croooooow tonight, but I couldn't help but overhear your crying. What's the matter?
Regal: Cry? A refined gentleman such as myself crying? What do you base this on, you miserable specimen?
Coach: Well... your face is still red from the tears and...
Regal: I was not crying! I've simply had a horrid day, that's all. First my title rematch against Jeff Hardy is denied, then I lose to that despicable toerag Croooooow, and then I can't even go back to the hotel because my car's bloody steering wheel is missing... (fights back tears) excuse me...
He pushes past Coach and out into the hallway.
INT. ARENA - NIGHT
MATCH: Nykk vs. Eddie Guerrero
Nykk's theme hits and he makes his way to the ring.
JR: The leader of the PPV Squad is confident as always, but you have to wonder how his knee is feeling after this past Monday.
King: Yeah, Nykk fell right into Eddie Guerrero's trap.
JR: The ever-crafty Intercontinental Champion lured Nykk in, along with some help from William Regal.
Eddie Guerrero's theme hits and he makes his way to the ring.
JR: Our Intercontinental Champion is on his way down, and he has his game face on. He may not show it, but he knows what Nykk is capable of, and has to have some kind of plan.

Nykk moves in to pick him up, but Eddie twists his body to kick at the back of Nykk's knee.

Nykk reverses it again, and when Guerrero tries to reverse it once more, Nykk dumps him over the top rope and to the floor. However, Nykk's knee gives out and he collapses in the ring. Winner: Eddie Guerrero at 13:45
JR: Eddie Guerrero hangs onto his Intercontinental Title by a hair tonight at Vengeance. Nykk gave it his all, and if not for the underhanded tactics used by Guerrero, he might be the Intercontinental Champion right now.
King: What underhanded tactics?
JR: You know, low blows, thumbs to the eye, that sort of thing.
King: All I saw was Eddie knock Nykk out by countering a top rope powerbomb into a DDT!
JR: It was a very impressive move by the cagey veteran, and it nabbed him the win tonight. But you're fooling yourself if you think Nykk is going to give up because of one loss.
