Judgment Day
INT. ARENA – NIGHT
MATCH: Croooooow, Cynric and Cheesecake vs. William Regal, Booker T and Goldust
Goldust’s theme hits and he makes his way to the ring.
JR: We’re ready for our next match, and here comes Goldust.
King: Maybe he’ll teach his ungrateful pupil Cheesecake a thing or two tonight.
JR: Yes, it was this past March when Cheesecake donned a Goldust attire and became Goldust’s protégé Goldcake for a few weeks, but he seems to have gotten over that.
Booker T’s theme hits and he makes his way to the ring.
JR: Here comes the WWF’s other movie critic, Booker T. He thinks he’s a star, but he really is just a wannabe.
King: Well, Booker should be a star. He has all the makings of a Hollywood star, and anybody would be better than the Rock.
William Regal’s theme hits and he makes his way to the ring.
JR: Where oh where are those brass knuckles? You know Regal’s hiding them somewhere.
The ref checks Regal for brass knuckles but doesn’t find anybody.
King: Now that’s not fair. How about they check out Croooooow or Cheesecake when he comes out?
JR: Because he doesn’t use brass knuckles to win all his matches, King.
The PPV Squad theme hits and Croooooow, Cynric and Cheesecake make their way to the ring.
JR: Straight from Bellbrookville, Ohio, the PPV Squad is here!
The PPV Squad gets in the ring and the bell rings. Cynric and Regal start the match. They lock up, and Cynric executes an armdrag. Regal stops at one knee and stares at Cynric before getting to his feet. They lock up again, and Regal gets a waistlock. Cynric reverses it into one of his own. Regal reverses it again and applies a full nelson. Cynric drops to his back to escape and Regal picks him up wheelbarrow style. Cynric escapes and bounces off the ropes, ducks under a reverse elbow and hits a cross body for a one count. Regal gets up and Cynric nails him with a roundhouse kick to the midsection. He tags Cheesecake and they whip Regal into the ropes. They hit a double clothesline and Cheesecake does a provocative pose right over Regal. He picks Regal up and whips him into the corner.
However, Regal puts on the brakes and steps off the bottom rope to turn around and nail Cheesecake with a forearm. He brings Cheesecake into the corner and gives him some more stiff forearms. He tags Goldust, who whips Cheesecake to the opposite corner. Cheesecake staggers out and Goldust whips him into the other corner. As Cheesecake staggers out, Goldust hits a clothesline and covers for a two count. He picks Cheesecake up and backs him against the ropes, giving him a slap to the chest.
He whips Cheesecake into the ropes, but it’s reversed and Cheesecake drops down. Goldust tries a clothesline on the rebound, but Cheesecake counters with a crucifix that gets two. They get up and Goldust takes a swing, but Cheesecake ducks and executes a back suplex. Cheesecake gets up and hits a falling headbutt. He tags Croooooow, who nails Goldust with some rapid forearms and then shoves him into his own corner, telling him to tag Booker. Goldust begs off and then obliges. Booker gets in the ring and talks trash to Croooooow. Croooooow smacks him in the face and Booker takes a swing. Croooooow ducks and hammers Booker with lefts and rights. He backs him against the ropes and whips him to the opposite side, hitting a running dropkick as Booker comes off the ropes. Booker gets up and Croooooow dropkicks the knee, sending Booker face first to the canvas. Croooooow tries to apply the Carrion Stretch, but Regal comes in and kicks Croooooow in the head. He tries to leave, but Croooooow nails him with a forearm from behind, sending him out of the ring.
He turns around and eats a leaping sidekick from Booker. Croooooow staggers to his feet and Booker backs him into the corner, giving him some knife-edge chops.
He whips him to the opposite corner, but Croooooow reverses and Booker crashes into the turnbuckles. Croooooow drops him with a reverse elbow and then tags Cynric. They whip Booker into the ropes and hit a double sidewalk slam. Cynric covers and gets a two count. Booker gets to his knees and Cynric bounces off the ropes, hitting a rolling koppo kick. He waits on Booker and goes for the Lift Off, but Booker drops to his back and slides out of the ring. Cynric dashes over and hits a baseball slide, but Goldust comes in and drops an elbow on Cynric and then stomps him repeatedly before the ref forces him back to his corner.
Booker gets back in the ring and picks Cynric up. He scoop slams him in the middle of the ring and hits a somersault legdrop. He covers and gets a two count. He tags Goldust, and Booker holds Cynric in a front face lock while Goldust takes a shot at the ribs. Goldust scoop slams Cynric and then bounces off the ropes to deliver an elbow drop. He covers but only gets two. He applies a reverse chinlock for about fifteen seconds, and Booker takes off a glove and throws it at Croooooow. Croooooow tries to get in the ring, but the ref holds him back, allowing Regal to trade places with Goldust and keeps the reverse chinlock applied. Cynric finally gets up and elbows his way out of it, but Regal holds onto his hair and whips Cynric into the ropes. Cynric reverses and puts his head down, which allows Regal to grab his hair and drive both knees into Cynric’s head. Regal tags Goldust, who comes in and gives Cynric a knee drop. He puts his knee against Cynric’s throat and holds the ropes for leverage, but the ref makes him break the hold. Goldust picks Cynric up and whips him into the corner. As Cynric staggers out, Goldust bounces off the ropes and goes for a bulldog, but Cynric pushes him off and into his own corner. Goldust crashes front first into the turnbuckles and Croooooow and Cheesecake nail him with simultaneous right hands. Goldust backs up and Cynric dropkicks Goldust back into the corner where he receives two more simultaneous rights. Goldust turns around and gets hit with a spinning heel kick from Cynric. They crawl toward their corners, and Goldust tags Booker.
He rushes in but Cynric tags Croooooow, who comes in and nails Booker with forearms. He whips Booker into the ropes and hits a running clothesline. Goldust comes in and gets dropped with a right hand. Regal comes in and gets clotheslined. Croooooow gives Booker a drop toehold, with his head nailing Goldust in the nuts. Cynric comes in and attacks Regal, while Cheesecake stomps on Goldust until he rolls to the outside. Cynric bounces off the ropes and clotheslines Regal to the outside, while Cheesecake goes to the top rope. Booker charges them, but Croooooow and Cynric dump him over the top rope. As all three on the outside get up, Cheesecake jumps off the top with a flying bodypress onto all of them, sending them down. Croooooow jumps down and throws Booker back in the ring, while Cynric retrieves Goldust. Cheesecake gets back on the apron and Croooooow tags him. With Booker standing in the corner, Croooooow whips Cheesecake toward him, but Booker moves and Cheesecake goes into the turnbuckles. Croooooow gets another leaping sidekick from Booker, who shakes his own hand and goes for a Spinaroonie. He gets down on one knee and shakes his head in preparation, but Cynric bounces off the ropes and delivers the Lift Off, knocking Booker out. The ref tries to get Cynric out of the ring as Regal comes in with brass knuckles that he had hidden under the ring. He swings at Cheesecake, who ducks and kicks Regal in the midsection as Croooooow brawls with Goldust on the outside. Cheesecake grabs the knuckles and puts them on, nailing Regal with a low blow using the knuckles. Cheesecake drops the knuckles on the mat and hits the Long Kiss Goodnight on Regal. He covers, but the ref tells him Regal’s not the legal man.
Goldust whips Croooooow into the steps and brawls with Cynric as Booker regains consciousness. As Cheesecake gets up, Regal grabs the knuckles and nails Cheesecake in the side of the head with them before dropping them on the mat. As Cheesecake gets up, Booker hits his scissors kick, dropping Cheesecake’s face onto the knuckles. Booker grabs the knuckles and conceals them in his hand as he turns Cheesecake over and covers for the three count.
Winners: William Regal, Booker T and Goldust at 9:27
JR: Dammit, the team of Regal, Booker and Goldust have stolen one over the PPV Squad right here in Nashville!
King: Finally, justice has prevailed!
JR: Once again, Regal needed help from those damn brass knuckles. Even after Cheesecake turned the tables on him, he still managed to use them to his advantage.
INT. ARENA – NIGHT
MATCH: Nykk vs. X-pac
The nWo theme hits and X-pac makes his way to the ring, twirling his nunchukus.
JR: We’re ready for a Submission Match right here at Judgment Day and here comes X-pac.
King: X-pac said earlier that he wants to end it tonight, and if he uses those nunchukus on Nykk, it could very well end it.
JR: X-pac is representing the nWo and Nykk, of course, will be representing the PPV Squad. This should be a very technically sound match.
Nykk’s theme hits and he makes his way to the ring.
JR: And here comes the leader of the PPV Squad!
King: The fans sure appreciate him a lot more than they did a month ago, JR.
JR: Not only is X-pac still favoring that elbow, but I’m sure Nykk is still experiencing some pain in his neck. Both men have a body part to exploit, and both men have more than enough reason to be heated at each other.
As Nykk gets in the ring, X-pac fakes a swipe with the nunchukus, but the ref gets between them and takes them from X-pac.
JR: The only way to win this match is to make the other guy submit, which means there are also no disqualifications, but it looks like the referee will not be allowing those nunchukus to remain at ringside.
X-pac protests and turns around just in time to be knocked down by a forearm from Nykk as the bell rings. He picks X-pac up and whips him into the ropes, hitting a back body drop. X-pac gets to his feet in pain and Nykk gives him a couple of right hands. X-pac blocks a third and fires back with one of his own, but Nykk ducks and locks in a sleeper hold. X-pac rushes to the ropes, and the ref forces Nykk to break the hold. X-pac kicks back at Nykk and then pushes him agains the ropes, giving him some chops. He whips Nykk into the ropes, but it’s reversed. Nykk drops down to his back and then drops down again as X-pac rebounds. He drops down a third time and X-pac stops in his tracks, and drops an elbow. However, Nykk moves and X-pac’s injured elbow hits the canvas. He gets up in pain and Nykk takes him over with an armdrag, turning it into an armbar. X-pac rushes to the ropes and Nykk breaks the hold. X-pac gets to his feet and turns around. Nykk hits a drop toehold and segues into a deathlock. He falls to his back to wrench on X-pac’s knee, and does so three times before X-pac makes it to the ropes. Nykk releases the hold and X-pac gets up, testing his hurt knee. Nykk kicks the back of the knee to send X-pac back down and waits for him to get up before executing a backbreaker.
He goes for the Bellbrookville Cedarleaf, but X-pac grabs him by the hair and gives him some right hands. Nykk releases the hold and X-pac kicks him in the midsection. X-pac gets up and hits some roundhouse kicks to the midsection. He whips Nykk into the ropes and hits a jumping spinning heel kick. X-pac waits for Nykk to get up and tries to apply the crossface chickenwing.
Nykk rolls forward and takes X-pac over with him to apply a reverse knee lock. X-pac screams in pain and scrambles to just barely make it to the ropes. Nykk releases the hold and X-pac crawls toward the corner.
Nykk comes after him, but X-pac grabs him by his shirt and pulls him in, striking Nykk’s head against the second turnbuckle. X-pac gets up and kicks Nykk in the shoulder a couple of times. Nykk gets to his feet in the corner and X-pac grabs him by the hair and pants and whirls him around to ram him shoulder first into the ring post. He brings Nykk back out and executes a vertical suplex. He puts Nykk in a triangle hold, trying to weaken the shoulder further. Nykk tries to kick back at X-pac’s head but can’t quite make it. After about twenty seconds, he gets a foot on the rope and the ref forces X-pac to break the hold.
He picks up Nykk and tries to whip him into the ropes, but Nykk counters into an armwringer on X-pac’s injured arm and forces X-pac to his knees by snapping down on the hold. Nykk hits X-pac’s injured elbow and segues into a fujiwara armbar. X-pac quickly scrambles to the safety of the ropes. Nykk releases the hold but X-pac pokes him in the eye. X-pac gets up and goes for the crossface chickenwing again, but Nykk grabs his injured arm and takes him over, applying a cross armbreaker. X-pac keeps his hands locked so that his elbow stays bent, and Nykk tries to wrench back on the arm to force the elbow straight. Finally, he kicks X-pac in the head, forcing him to break his grip. X-pac screams in pain as Nykk cinches in the hold, but after about ten seconds, manages to make it to his feet and locks his fingers again. Nykk keeps the hold applied, and X-pac can’t make him relinquish it. He gets to his feet, with Nykk hanging upside down from his arm, still applying the hold. X-pac drags Nykk across the ring and finally manages to make it to the ropes. Nykk releases the hold and gets to his feet.
X-pac kicks him below the belt and then hits the X-Factor. With Nykk almost out, he drags him to the corner and props him up, hitting the bronco buster. He positions Nykk’s head face down on the second turnbuckle and grabs his arm, putting a foot on Nykk’s shoulder, wrenching back on the arm. He picks Nykk up and whips him into the ropes. Nykk reverses and puts his head down. X-pac counters with a swinging neckbreaker. He gets up and stomps on the back of Nykk’s head. He applies a reverse chinlock while sitting on Nykk’s back.
After about thirty seconds, Nykk gets to his feet and rams X-pac’s back into the corner, forcing him to break the hold. X-pac immediately jumps on Nykk’s back and applies a sleeper, but Nykk grabs him by the hair and flips him over to the mat. He grabs X-pac’s injured arm and drops the leg on the elbow. They lay there in pain while the ref starts the ten count. At six, both men are on their feet and Nykk hits X-pac with three rights. He whips X-pac into the ropes and hits a running leg lariat. He picks X-pac up and goes for Howling Moon II, but X-pac lands on his feet and pushes Nykk chest first into the turnbuckles.
Nykk staggers out and X-pac nails him in the back of the head with a standing spinning heel kick. X-pac goes outside and gets a second pair of nunchukus from underneath the ring. The ref tries to stop him, but X-pac shoves him out of the way. He spins Nykk around and swings, but Nykk ducks. He tries to get him on the backswing, but Nykk ducks again and locks in a standing crossface, putting pressure on the elbow. X-pac drops the nunchukus, and the ref kicks them out of the ring. After a few moments he breaks Nykk’s grip and reverses into the crossface chickenwing. Nykk grabs the top rope, but X-pac pulls him away and finally gets Nykk on the mat to cinch in the hold. X-pac keeps the hold locked in for about a minute while Nykk tries to pull X-pac’s fingers from his chin with his free hand. Nykk’s body goes limp and the ref drops the hand twice. Nykk doesn’t let his hand drop a third time and life returns to him.
Nykk headbutts X-pac numerous times with the back of his own head and pries X-pac’s hand away. He sets X-pac’s hand on his thigh and elbows it as hard as he can. X-pac relinquishes the hold, holding his own hand in pain. Nykk stomps on the hand and then scoop slams him.
He goes to the top rope, but X-pac kips up and shakes the ropes, crotching Nykk. X-pac goes to the top rope while still holding his hand in pain and tries for a hurricanrana.
Nykk holds onto his legs and drops down to the mat on his feet, locking in the Bellbrookville Cedarleaf in mid-air. X-pac reaches for the ropes in desperation, but Nykk drags him to the middle of the ring. After a few moments, X-pac taps out. Nykk keeps the hold on until the ref forces him to let go.
Winner: Nykk at 17:06
King: He did it!
JR: Nykk has made X-pac tap out here at Judgment Day!
King: I can’t believe it! X-pac came so close to beating him with that crossface chickenwing, but Nykk actually broke the hold.
JR: X-pac fell right into Nykk’s trap when he tried that hurricanrana. Nykk locked in the Bellbrookville Cedarleaf basically in mid-air and X-pac had no choice but to tap. X-pac may have had his hand broken, and the leader of the PPV Squad damn sure proved his point.
