Nelsonville-York, Federal Hocking lead the way on all-TVC teams

Jay Edwards and Jake Walburn led the way on the all-Tri-Valley Conference Ohio division football team. Edwards, quarterback for Nelsonville-York, was named the offensive player of the year, while Wellston's Jake Walburn was named as the defensive player of the year. Dave Boston was named coach of the year after leading the Buckeyes to their fourth-straight TVC-Ohio title.

Nelsonville-York dominated the squad, placing seven players on the team. Along with Edwards, fellow seniors Bear Lewis, Adam Barber, Adam Wagner and Jarich Dexter made the team. Junior Trevor Polley and sophomore Zach Talbert were named to the TVC-Ohio squad as well.

Wellston placed five players on the team while Vinton County had four. Meigs has three on the team while Alexander and Belpre both had two players.
