Oversea Services:
· Delivery at your door step within 45 days.
· Design Consultation through email. Contact us with special request and we will work for you.
· Price can be discussed. Please discuss through email.

Note:
Some items are made to order and we appreciate your patience while the item is completed. If you order an item that has sold out or needs to be made Generous Gems will contact you via email or phone if there will be a delay in delivery.
Please do note that not all products are negotiable. However, we will try our best to make our customers happy.

Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately to make exchange or return arrangements within 30 days.
A full refund of the purchase price will be issued depending on the reason you have stated. KsL Jewelry will not accept a return that shows signs of wear or alteration, scratches or blemishes, or has been engraved or sized.
