| My dad's friend had tickets for this game and wasn't using them, so he gave them to us! They were great seats, too! In the game Ramiro Mendoza was facing Pedro Martinez, and the Yanks managed to win! At one point it was 4-0 Red Sox, but the Yanks came back and in the top of the ninth they were winning 6-4. However, right as we were getting ready to leave Mariano Rivera gave up a two-run homer to Manny Ramirez. (Yeah, that was depressing.) The tie didn't last long though cause in the bottom of the 9th, Luis Sojo hit an RBI single to win the game for the Yanks! 1918!!!!!!! |
