The Sage Cafe is one of the longest running establishments at Northwest Crossing. They offer an inviting environment to relax and have a bite to eat, a coffee or other beverage.

"Sage Made" refers to the handmade delicacies proprietor
Karen Taylor shares with the cafe, a mixture of favorites from her native Oregonian family and shared international delicacies.

This picture taken while he was hunting in Spray Oregon.
While Kevin and Roy (pictured above) were out foraging they happened upon some tasty morel mushrooms.
Kevin brought some of these lovelies back and prepared them for a recent
wine dinner.

After we finished planting our herbs and flowers at home on Memorial Day Weekend we took a drive up to the Maragas wine making facility on Highway 97 in Culver.
Maragas Winery and Oregon State University are collaborating to plant several grape varietals here to see which varieties will fare best in this high desert climate.
