We will feature articles and reviews about the wine and food industry. Central Oregon has magnificent restaurants and is considered to be one of the best wine buying areas in the state.
You will also be able to enjoy musings of the Tasting Panel. We are a small group of friends who have developed an appreciation for food and wine. Our goals are comraderie, good conversation and an appreciation of how wonderful life can be. From a delicate Oregon Pinot Noir to a powerhouse Washington red we enjoy discovering the complexities of this wonderful liquid they call wine.
Of course from time to time we might shout about something outside of our area such as California, Australia, France, Chile or Italy and points beyond.
