Welcome to our new Latest Event Information Website for Events at the National Water Sports Centre.
The site will be updated every week throughout the event season. We aim to be able to provide you with the latest news on the Events Calendar, Meetings and reports on any facility developments at the Centre as well as many other useful items.
We would therefore suggest you bookmark this site.
From March 2002 we are going to reduce the number of forests we chop down each year by no longer sending out endless reams of letters to all site users and event organisers regarding new event dates, exclusive use sessions etc. All updates will be published on this site instead and updated much more frequently. Should you still wish to have paper copies sent to you please call the bookings office.
All event organisers will receive a new information pack in January which contains all details of booking procedures, site facilities etc. Please read through this carefully as there are a number of ammendments. Perhaps the greatest change is the requirements for all events organisers to present their risk assessments, codes of practice and
emergency procedures prior to the event date. Should you have any queries on this please do not hesitate to contact the events team.
