If money makes the world go
round, then BWU trains far more operators of the global carousel than any other
institute of higher education. BWU has business schools at every one of its main
campuses and at several of the university extensions. Each of them has the same
goal in mind: to prepare BWU students to compete and excel in the ever-evolving
global marketplace.
As a massive, global business concern itself, BWU is uniquely positioned to teach
its students not only theory, but practice. While BWU faculty members have won
a full quarter of the Nobel Prizes awarded for Economics over the past century,
BWU administration has put those theories into practice by launching scores of
its own business ventures and economic initiatives.
BWU business students are required to spend at least half their credit hours gaining
invaluable on-the-job training at BWU’s trend-setting corporations. In this
way, not only does BWU get the best and brightest young entrepreneurial minds
to grow its businesses, but our students get hands-on experience working in some
of the most exciting venues around—all while amassing an invaluable portfolio
of crucial industry contacts. In short, our internship program is second to none.
