| Helen's World was created to share information with other parents of children like Helen. Helen has ADHD/SID/DSI, along with Absent Seizures. I would like to help other parents find answers to puzzling questions. Such as, Why does it take so long for doctors to diagnose SID/DSI? Why did it take me taking my daughter to a Pediatric Psychiatrist and then to an Occupational Therapist to be diagnosed properly? I want other children not to have to go through the same problems that Helen has gone through to get to where she is today. |
