Now that you are working for your Queen's badge, it is important to make plans for the work ahead. Remember that not all of the elements of the Queen's Badge are compulsory. You have the choice of which elements to undertake and in which order. Read the Queen's Badge Regulations on page 3 of the Record Book.
By reading the pages mentioned in GET REPORTING (page 9) you will get an idea of what will be required in order to complete your action plan.
Once you have some ideas, speak to your Captain. It may be that he/she has ideas of where you can help most in the Company or Community.
Now you have your ideas, write them down. You may change you mind, no problem. Your action plan is not binding, it is a plan and plans do change. make sure you keep a record of what you do and any changes you make. Where possible say why you changed your plan.
