Quick Chicken Soup

  • 2 cans Campbells Condensed Chicken broth
  • 2 soup cans water
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped carrot
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/8 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey
  • 1 cup cooked medium egg noodes

  • In a 3 quart saucepan, combine broth, water, celery, carrots, onion, parsley, poultry seasoning
  • Over medium heat, heat to boiling, stirring occasionally
  • Reduce heat to low, cover, cook 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally
  • Add chicken and cooked egg noodles
  • Heat through and serve
