Quick Chicken Soup
- 2 cans Campbells Condensed Chicken broth
- 2 soup cans water
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped carrot
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/8 tsp poultry seasoning
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 cup cooked medium egg noodes
- In a 3 quart saucepan, combine broth, water, celery, carrots, onion, parsley, poultry seasoning
- Over medium heat, heat to boiling, stirring occasionally
- Reduce heat to low, cover, cook 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally
- Add chicken and cooked egg noodles
- Heat through and serve
